She was thorough and did a good job focusing on the areas I requested. However, the massage ended about 4 minutes before the scheduled time, so after the waiting periods, etc. my massage came out to be 43 minutes long, yet I paid for a 60 minute. I'm torn because the massage itself was good, but I didn't get my moneys worth.

But, don't lie and make it seem like there was never actually an appt. The manager requested I call her and after saying the computer system was new and full of glitches (which it had bunch of glitches but didn't glitch when I paid for those gift cards conveniently), the therapist I scheduled double booked and that she can't force her staff to do two hour massages- she felt inclined to let me know it was her birthday and she was out to dinner with family and couldn't deal with this now but that I just shouldn't book with them. Why request a call if you, as the manager, aren't in a position to deal with it. She could have advised when she'd call me instead. Just my thinking but I reckon common sense isn't very common. These people are disgusting- they're crooks- and this location will not last I'm sure of it. Their attitudes don't support what a flourishing business should. Ab has a unique approach to massaging that is really incredible. She listens to your body, finds the sore spots and knots, and takes care of each area as she comes across it. I was having trouble moving my arm a certain way without feeling a pinching pain - and I didn't think a massage would fix it - but Ab proved me very wrong. I typically get massages twice a month, and I've had the pleasure of getting massages all over the WORLD (Fiji, Shanghai, Paris, London, etc).
