No soreness at all. They use unscented oil, which is a big plus if you have asthma or allergies. The only downside was that the linens had a slight "stored" smell--like clean laundry that's been sitting in a closet for a while. It wasn't a bad odor, just noticeable. The woman who massaged me spoke hardly any English and she didn't give me a great massage, half the time she was just pressing against my body, sometimes just pressing against my bones. I've been to other Asian massage/reflexology places where I've received a much better massage, so it's likely just hit or miss based on who you get, but this place definitely charged more than the other places I've gone to.
