I'm a regular customer who has been coming here since it opened. I like how I'm treated by Jing, but I have experienced bait and switch here, asked for Jing and been told she wasn't working that day when she was( multiple times), and increasingly have been getting gouged for services that used to be included. Management pushes overpriced add-ons and are very sneaky about it. Beware! If you simply want a foot massage they will most likely match you with someone very inexperienced that doubles as the phone attendant. I have had multiple foot massages where the masseuse is yakking away half of the time. The more successful the business and owner have become the more the quality has gone down. Two stars are for Jing. She's very good at what she does and I'm sure she isn't appreciated just like long time customers. read more

I've been here multiple times and every time it's been a great experience. Their foot massages are a great deal and their body massages are more than worth it, I highly recommend Jing, she's very good at taking the time to work on areas that are all tensed up and if I could I'd go every week! The whole staff here are very friendly and they don't rush you out once they've finished massaging, which is nice because sometimes you just need to sit and relax before heading back out into the world. The space itself is sectioned off well and even though the front room is just curtain separations, it doesn't feel cramped or that you're having couples massage with a stranger. I absolutely love this place and come here about once a week. I am a hairstylist and have sciatica issues and regular aches and pains that go along with my job. Every time I attempt to do a walk in, I'm pleasantly accepted for an appointment. I love that they are open late night, because it's nice for people who want to go after work to unwind. Tony is awesome at his craft of cupping and pain relief massage. I really like everyone there, but Jenny is one of my favorites. She's so easy to talk to and gives every massage her all. Kevin is also great. The guy who also works as reception is very talented. One of the best massages I've had. Really good at finding all my knotted and aching spots and helping release the tension for me. It sounds funny, but sometimes the women walk on my back and I absolutely love it. I'm a vip member. I've been visiting the Wellness Spa weekly to work on some pain, stiffness and lack of flexibility in my shoulder. In the past month I've had massage, acupressure, DDS, cupping, heat, Chinese medicine patches and lots more massage. I'm feeling less crunchiness in my shoulder for the first time ever. Tony and CiCi have both working with me to greater wellness. While we generally don't talk too much about what the plan is, the variety of techniques, care and attention is taking years of damage off my shoulder in a matter of weeks. Came into this last Monday and as soon I as walked in on my head I thought that men were going to give me a full massage but it happened to be a Asian woman, which is great. She worked all the parts of my body as she gave me a nice work but her English speaking was hard for me to understand her. She told me I'm sorry my English is not good so I stood quiet while the massaging was going on. Reasonable rates though. read more

I started off with a 1 hour foot massage, because in the past I have gone to other spas where the therapist hurt my back in a regular massage. My therapist was Tony. Afterwards, I asked if I could continue with an additional 1/2 hr on my upper back (regular massage). It was great! He used acupressure and hot stones. So I feel like you get more than just a massage with the extra therapy & the price is really reasonable. read more

Another great massage at the Wellness Spa. I had a 90 minute deep tissue from Jenny about 2 weeks ago. She is this tiny powerhouse of a woman. She is strong enough to really get into the muscle, but doesn't create pain. She also focused on trigger points and used long strokes. I was so relaxed, I had a tough time driving home. Great massage by Jing every time! She has really good intuition and skill combined. She allows me to breathe and focus on my relaxing, with no talking except occasional "is pressure ok?" Or "hurts?" I went wellness spa yesterday with my mom, that is cozy and nice spa. tony works on my lower back and shoulder that make my pains goes away, he is very friendly and also told me some good ways to how to reduce the pains, such as press the points of my body. Kevin's fingers are magical !! They have made some great changes since they opened. The music is more spa-like. I appreciate that they elevate the tub for soaking your feet. I am a long time client of the other foot spa business in town. Wellness Spa may not be as luxurious as that one, but the massages are amazing. Nice to pop in for a quick 30 minute visit, but after the hour long one, it is tough to get up and leave !! Great place !! read more

I've been going to Wellness Spa since my second child was born, and it has been an essential part of bringing relief to my shoulder and lower back . All of the massage therapists are great and professional, and each room is very clean. I like the bed warmer and heat lamp, and I especially like the hot towels and hot stones at the end.
