They ladies are so kind and give out great customer service. The problem is not enough staff and equipment.

I came in to get a TB test and livescan done for work related purposes. The whole process was smooth and quick. No complaints.

This place is a JOKE! As a CCMA I was mortified to be treated here. I went in for a blood draw and physical for my new job and I saw poor technique and patient verification. They would say, "so you're John Doe" stating my first and last name and I just said yes, I could easily be lying. The when proceeding to have my blood draw the first technician, she let the tourniquet roll and pinch my arm. She didn't bother to fix it. Then when she couldn't get any blood out of my vein she began fishing pushing the needle ALL the way in then pulling up and down. When she pulled the needle out she applied a lot of pressure with gauze making this a very painful experience. THE SECOND TECHNICIAN, palpated my vein wiped with alcohol then wiped the alcohol off with gauze then PALPATED AGAIN TOUCHING THE INJECTION SITE WITH HER GLOVES. At this point I had to say something just completely MORTIFIED at the lack of training in this facility. I feared for the other patients in the waiting room. NOT only that but they store water and other things with medications in the fridge. read more

Avoid this place at all costs if you can. For travel vaccines, you are required to sit through a long video conference with people from all over the US. This is a requirement even if you've already met with your doctor and know which immunizations you need. The information they cover in this "consultation" is common sense to most people- "do not eat food that has been sitting outside for several hours," "wear insect repellant," etc. Complete waste of money and time! read more

This place is awesome the staff there is so friendly meghan was the one catering to us today, she did an amazing job! She clearly and efficiently explained all of the vaccines and was able to inform us on care and prevention for our trip. My first time coming here, I came in the middle of the day and I had to wait sooooo long. Only one lady was working and was helping everyone. Poor girl. But the second and third time I came, I arrived right before they opened. I was in and out within 15 minutes and their prices are so affordable. Can't be mad at that! read more

I went to wellness mart MD at the beginning of April 2014 I paid for a male wellness panel ,and was given a female wellness receipt panel with the excuse that they only had the female panel receipt button from a veronica....this is not good in my opinion..now being given excuses the female panel reads for the same things...not good answers in my opinion at all. i had gone in with a dr's note for a blood test etc. ,because i felt like i was missing vitamins in my body..i'm middle aged male,and it would be important to start figuring what was wrong... i get a computerized printout alleging i had four high reading with no numbers etc. to justify the readings. ...so i spoke to veronica the nurse whom took my blood (and was there a lot ) as i went back about this. i said to her i felt like i was missing every vitamin possible in my body ..i don't think the result came out right ..she was argumentative ,and said she felt bad before ,and the blood test didn't show anything. not a good answer in my opinion. i am a 52 year old male in 2014 ,and she is a mid 20's female. i don't see any relevance here in her argument. a chain of custody or something like that has to be don't to establish they are doing their procedures right for medical treatment ( if you start off doing wrong or different tests with justifications where are you when you finish? what real facts do you have? if you are middle aged or above it is more than important to get the right facts for the right treatment right away isn't it?,and a established neighborhood of persons almost entirely of middle aged and above persons if you go into the nearby Arden library you'll see. on the good side their location appears clean and low stress,and set-up to take blood test etc. and things like that. ....and less expensive. i did get a friendly low stress refund check recently Thanks. read more

Oh. My. God. This place is so awful. Came in and according to the website never more than a 15 minute wait for a physical... was NOT greeted by receptionist/nurse? I literally thought I walked into the wrong building. It looks like a legit drug house except for the SUPER BRIGHT lighting and very relaxing lime green accents (sarcasm). I woukd never let them use a needle on me. Their safety procedures look sketchy. Also, dirty dirty dirty. Cabinets hanging, plywood on the walls, filthy walls, floors, everything! No exaggeration. I think the trick here may be to schedule your appt for a weekday before rush hour traffic. I had to get a vericella titer recently for university and set the appt with them. The building was quiet and clean and there were two people working. I was helped immediately and filled out forms with a tablet. It took a couple minutes to do and a few minutes to wait. I wish I were better with names, but the woman who helped me was kind. She appreciated my interest in the anatomy models displayed around the room. She was intuitive and understood me being a little apprehensive about getting blood drawn. I've never actually done this as an adult. I had to look away when she inserted the needle cause I knew if I saw I was going to involuntarily recoil. Once I felt the tiniest prick I had the willpower to look at it. It was attached to a small vacuum tube and was filing up in good time. I think the whole thing took twenty seconds. I expressed I thought medical technology was amazing. Here it is, using basic rules of physics and gas laws to make this procedure as fast and as painless as possible. The woman who did all of this was happy to explain the vacuum tube and totally satisfied my inner nerd. I imagine part of wait times for people who've written here may be because they're in a large group of people who need the same service by a certain deadline. I think if you just make it the first task you do when it comes to everything you won't have to wait forever. Also, weekdays midday. The results took longer than expected to get back to me but since I'm doing all of this paper work months ahead of time, an extra week didn't hurt. Unfortunately, they renamed me, so to speak on the official document. I had to call them to get it fixed. The fix was prompt. Like, minutes prompt and the person who helped me was great and made me laugh. I guess it helped that I was understanding and could pick up a phone. It bums me out to hear that sometimes there is only one person on staff. This is a difficult job at best. I hope if this happens to anyone they are being paid well. They were so good to me it hurts to think otherwise being the case. I commend the staff for being so personable. Working customer service I know exactly how it can be and it takes a great deal of giving a care and having a great deal of energy and know how to pull it off. Kudos! read more

Don't go here if you can avoid it! This place needs better management and to not use their patients for training their very unskilled new employees. I went in early in the morning when they opened for a Tb/livescan for a teaching job. They want you to sign in on their iPad right away... seemed sketchy already. Had to wait even for a "nurse" to show up. Livescan took way too many tries for the gal to get it right. I've had many livescans and this one took the prize-almost 45 minutes after getting in there was I even almost done ! They need to train this poor gal better before handing her over to patients and customers. She tried. The real bad service came when they wrote down for me the wrong amount of time to back in for reading the Tb test .... it was past the time by a little I've ran hour and they wanted to poke me again and have me come back still another 48-72 hours later! Only got a very curt " I apologize" but we can't accommodate you and break the law. Ok... in hindsight I should have just asked for my money back but they didn't even offer that or treat me like a wronged customer/patient??. I was the unreasonable one. But I started the new job the next day and had chosen WellnessMart for that reason of convenience. To the lead managers and "possibly nurses there": Don't be so unprofessional !! Offer a refund and a more sincere apology. I will highly advise others to NOT go there and to choose a legitimate Drs office or clinic!! Learned my lesson... back to waiting in a professional heath care facility for actually qualified professionals and dependable results. I'm asking for my $38 back. read more

Crock of shit. One person helping all of the clients, answering phones, cashiering, etc. Helping customers on phone before helping people in waiting room. Rude. Didn't offer me a tissue after an unnecessarily painful tb test drew blood and dripped all over the counter. Staff sitting around not helping customers. read more

Celia is wonderful here I am waiting to get my live scan done with a HUGE line of people and shes patient, friendly, and gentle. She doesnt seem overwhelmed at all. The location was easy to find, and its super clean and smells wonderful. Kuddos to you Celia! read more

Most of the poor reviews about this place are regarding the wait time and customer service. There is only one person working who is the receptionist and is constantly delivering all services. She did not greet everyone as they walked in and was not bubbly or overly conversational (considering she is constantly processing requests), but she was prompt and friendly, and did her job. waited for more an hour after signing in for employment physical exam...they know that's the reason why i came in to the clinic..then the lady called my name after an hour wait and told me they can't do my physical today coz they don't have time...seriously after more than an hour wait?! they should have told me ahead of time they cant accomodate me..what a joke!!! read more

Please share this with the young lady that helped me today! A young blonde that was working alone- I forgot her name but she deserves recognition. She was amazing. I can't thank her enough for treating me so well and being so understanding. The office was pretty busy and she was the only one, she did a great job of balancing all the patients and making sure she didn't forget about anyone. I did not know I was going to have to get blood work done and I warned her I will most likely pass out and to be prepared. She did a great job of trying to make me feel comfortable, and although I did pass out she was doing a great job talking and keeping me distracted as much as possible prior. Even after waking up she grabbed ice packs and a trash can for me extremely quick and continued to make sure I was feeling ok throughout my time resting there. Even more patients came in and she took care of them swiftly and returned to me making sure I felt ok or needing anything. I seriously can't thank her enough and I hope she gets a chance to read or know this message is for her and a huge thank you! I'm sorry for the mess and stress, but you were amazing! read more
