I called ahead to see if they would to a TB skin test (required by the 5 or so hospital credentialing services to which I'm subscribed.) and they do, for a reasonable price. Previously gave this place 5stars. I had called them to see if my father was able to go there because of his change in insurance. A guy answered and said he will check after he assists a couple patients that came in. He asked if i could hold I said yes. I waited for a few minutes and I heard someone pick up the phone and hung up. So I called back 30 mins later a women picks up and really doesn't sound like she wanted to help us. She stated the medi-cal was inactive. So I called medi-cal and they said it was active. My boyfriend called AGAIN and the same lady answered with the same attitude. Keep in mind I had said his symptoms over the phone. We still went there because I really did like the doctor and staff from previous visits. As soon as we came in both the guy and girl front desk didn't care to greet us. They made it more awkward for me to approach the desk, and clearly didn't seem like they wanted help. After explaining the situation again, the two front desk people paid no mind. Luckily there was a lady that sat in the back of them that heard me talk about what happened and immediately told us to go to the ER. & just like that she gave us a paper and we were on our way. Thank you to that lady because someone finally heard us out. My dad got to the ER and they IMMEDIATELY put him on a wheel chair and emergency X-ray and CT scans , now we're waiting in the emergency room for them to get us a room in the neurology floor. I went here with my daughter who had a higher fever and was just feeling really sick. This is down the street and was the fastest way I thought she could get help. Let me just say, I did not get no help. The students up front didn't know what they were doing. They put us in the hottest room, no AC, sun literally beaming in your eyes and let me say, that didn't help my daughter's fever at all. The med assistant came in and tried to operate the oxygen test on my daughter. It took 40 minutes of failures while my daughter was crying her lungs out the whole time. She brought another assistant in and it was the same result. The only pro is they tried to give my daughter a toy, but I could have ran to Costco down the street and grabbed her toys if that would make her feel better. My daughter wasn't feeling good, that's what we need help with. They said they would come back when she stops crying, I said she's not going to stop, let alone the heat inside the room. I ran to the car to grab her little fan to bring oxygen inside the room. Here's the best part... The doctor came in and the first thing he asked was if it was okay for him to grab his phone because he uses "A.I"...this so called doctor was probably on Chat GPT asking questions to give us answers. Every time we asked a question, he went on his phone. It was like talking to someone who was just repeating the same things I was saying. The doctor only did the oxygen test the students couldn't and it was only a success because my daughter got so tired of crying, that she fell asleep. He then ended off by saying "I think it's her teething that she has a fever"....and provided no help at all. I never write yelp reviews..but this is for anyone who is really looking for help, I wouldn't recommend this place. You're gonna just pay them money for answers you already have. First time coming to this location and they were SUPER kind and helpful! I called ahead of time to see if they took my insurance and offered what I needed. They answered right away and even fully checked if they accepted my specific insurance. I came the day after fourth of july so I expected a long wait, especially at the time I arrived (5:30p), and there was ZERO wait. They were very quick to take me back and I ended up spending about 30-45 minutes there! The building was extremely clean and sterile. Will definitely come back if need be. I am unsure how long test results take to get back to patients. They told me about 3 to 5 days but today is only the 2nd day. My visit to this clinic has led me to write my first online review. The quality of care is poor. There was no MD on site the day of my visit. Smith NP is unprofessional. I came in requesting specific tests based on my symptoms, and even mentioned my plans to travel the next day to visit a vulnerable individual who I do not want to get sick. I had symptoms present that would warrant these tests. She had assumed because of my work from home job that I wasn't exposed to much, however, my husband is a physician who interacts with sick patients every day. She did not want to test me for things that I asked for because in her opinion, I was not presenting the symptoms. She was very dismissive. I had asked for a simple influenza test, for example, and she did not test me for influenza and didn't address my request for this test (though tested me for COVID). When I came back and asked for influenza test as initially requested when I realized I didn't get a result for that, she was very abrasive and asked me why I didn't just go see my husband for treatment. For all she knows he could be a podiatrist, and he is legally not allowed to treat me. Absolutely rude and unprofessional. The appropriate response would be to explain to her patients why each requested test was not indicated and what the testing and treatment plan should be. Knowing how symptoms have presented in my body in the past......there should have been a discussion. Not her assumption. Poor care and definitely bare minimum - poor perceived quality of care. I would have rather gone to a minute clinic at CVS. The technique of the staff facilitating the swabs was poor. I would not trust this place to provide quality care. read more

Ended up having to come here twice in one week for unrelated conditions (UTI symptoms & strep throat symptoms) and MD was great both times. Almost no wait on my first visit and they quickly collected a sample from me and I was seen shortly thereafter for an examination. Little longer wait for my second visit but everything went much the same as my first. The examinations we're thorough but efficient and they quickly ordered labs for me both times. Got COVID tested for the requisite documents to fly international which must be done within 72 hours of arrival in Spain, got the test Tuesday for my Friday flight today, told results will be in 48-72 hours at the outset. No results at 78 hours out. No apparent concern on the part of anyone at this clinic. My flight leaves in an hour. Don't take the risk of relying on this clinic to get your test results within requisite 72hours. read more

This facility is filled with caring knowledgeable people. They listen and try to help solve the problem until you can see your primary physician. If your in urgent care this would be the facility to visit, I would say way better then most and no wait which can't be beat! Clean office and modern which is nice. I hope to never have to visit this facility again but hey life happens and if it does this will be my first choice. I also appreciated there COVID protocols. All testing was done outside, they offer rapid test which is $200 and also the tests that are covered by your insurance that are done at hospitals, which involves sticking that stick all the way up your nose. The rapid test doesn't involve that painful method, but you will have to pay for comfort. So whenever I'm in need of a test I'll do it here. read more
