Miracle Doctor!! Ok, so a brief history on me and why I chose Dr. Kramer. I didn't get a lift, just a fill so I'd at least look decent in clothing. My doctor, at that time, made my implants a bit bigger than I requested which upset me but I kept them regardless. Anyways, after 15 years of having these heavy saline-filled bags in my chest, I was done, done, done! I wanted to remove them and lift these babies up! Over time, the weight of these things not only caused chronic neck and back pain but they were sagging with one protruding more to my side. I was fearful after moving to a very small city that I wouldn't be able to find a doctor who could correct what was happening. Of course I could find a doctor who could remove the implants but I needed to find one who could give me a lift with the best results possible. I happen to research a few plastic surgeons in the area and saw that Dr. Kramer worked in my hometown of Phoenix, AZ! Yes! A doctor from a big city!!! After scoring that bonus round, I looked into his work. I was very impressed with his work and his healed results that I immediately scheduled an appointment. Having my consultation, he and his assistant Kimmie were very professional and answered all of my questions. Now, I'm not going to knock the other reviewer here because she had her experiences and reasons for her rating. However, I will say I didn't experience anything that made me uncomfortable or ashamed of my body. I am a little overweight and have had 4 kids so my body is not at 100%. I just didn't have any bad experiences. What I got from Dr. Kramer during our consultation was that he was extremely calculative and was analyzing all the details in front of him. He was very blunt and clear as to what my results could be which, I guess, in all could be perceived as having a lack of compassion as stated by the other reviewer? I don't really know. I went to him for results, not because he was extremely nice (which he actually was). I didn't get any negative vibes from him and I actually appreciated his non-sugar coating delivery. His Assistant, Kimmie, she is an absolute doll! She has been my go-to for all of the questions I've had since my surgery and I'm so happy I have her in my corner. Now, I had my surgery about a week ago and so far I'm LOVING my results!! He had a major challenge in front of him and he nailed it!! I was told to not wash and definitely not rub them and no mascara or for at least 24 hours. I follow instructions! But 1/2 my lashes are gone. I was told that this sometimes happens and my lashes would grow back a couple of weeks. After seeking advice from an anesthetician with over 20 years experience and nothing to lose or gain told me that this just doesn't happen and that it's human error. Ether part one was left on to long ( eye safe perming solution) or the Second part, a neutralizing agent/setting solution. Was not done properly. This was done on a Saturday and by Monday morning my long full very blond practically invisible lashes are half gone. I promptly informed her and she said she has a lash solution that would help my lashes grow back. Turns out I had to pay another $42. Not happy at all! Oh and lashes don't grow back in " A couple of weeks". It may take months. I hate giving a bad reviews but I truly hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Best wishes
