When I first found Better Life Chiropractic I had been injured and was looking for a readjustment or some kind of treatment. I was stuck in bed with severe nerve pain. Of course this happened on a Friday when I decided I couldn't handle the pain and need to find treatment. Better Life was the only place in the area that was open on a Friday that could fit me in same day, at the time. The responsiveness was great and everyone there seemed very friendly! They did tests and X-rays and made a treatment plan with me. They said I had really good insurance so it shouldn't be too much out of pocket. I met with an amazing Chiropractor who was really interested in not only treating my injury but other areas of my body that couldn't keep up with my active lifestyle. Better Life didn't get the amount of money they wanted out of my insurance so they decided to bill my insurance and bill me out of pocket. Over a $1000 out of pocket alone. But with my injury and having a great chiropractor that was helping, I didn't mind the cost at the time. Even if it was wrong for them to charge me and my insurance, I was getting the help I needed. Then my chiropractor left the business. Without notifying me before my appointment, they put me with a different chiropractor. This chiropractor made unprofessional and unwanted moves at me. Even going as far to put unprofessional comments in my medical chart and touching me inappropriately when not adjusting me. I told the front desk to never book me with this chiropractor again. They did a really good job at that. I didn't tell them why at first because I was in shock that it really happened. Later when I went back to write a formal complaint they assured me he is no longer with the business and they wouldn't be giving me his name or credentials to write a complaint. I moved on because I was almost done with treatment. I got paired with a third chiropractor who wasn't terrible but okay. At least he wasn't inappropriate. When I was notified I was all up to date on my payment plan and I owed no more, I didn't go back. It wasn't until a year later I received a call that they hired a new financial person that went back and changed everyone's past bills because their old hire screwed up. I told them that I was informed I was all paid out and it is illegal for them to do this. They were firm on trying to get a few more hundred dollars out of me. I am a broke college student. In fear of being sent to collections because I worked hard on my credit score and have no late payments, I paid them. I told them to send me a documented receipt that I was all paid out and that they will never be seeing me again. They don't care about you as a patient and your wellbeing. They care about themselves as a company at the cost of you. I was taken advantage of financially and physically at Better Life Chiropractic. I would never recommend to anyone.

Absolutely DISGISTING false advertising and predatory behavior…read more They advertise a FREE first visit for pregnant women (this is Eric's wife writing the review) including a massage. There are other chiropractors in the TV that also offer a free first visit as advertising so not weird. They follow up 8 or 9 times to make sure you have all your paperwork filled out and will make it to the appointment on time, BUT when you arrive they charge $147 and change for this "free" appointment. I had to change my work schedule, get a babysitter, miss my daughter's soccer game, waste over an hour of my time driving back and forth, and wasted gas because of UNETHICAL business practices. I highly recommend entering a free massage and chiropractic appointment raffle at a Crunch location or buying a Groupon to Northside Chiropractic as they aren't a scam and the Dr's there are wonderful. I was promptly shown the door and told not to make a scene when I said I wouldn't be paying $147 for a 20 minute consultation that wouldn't even be including xrays (I'm pregnant!!) And that they were false advertising and that makes them liars. No wonder there were 5 staff members just standing around and NO clients. False advertising is bad enough- but to prey on pregnant women is a notch below...

He's great with my niece, explaining everything he was going to do before doing it, making sure she was comfortable with what was going to happen. We never have to wait more than a minute or two even if he's running a little behind. When we've called last minute needing to be seen right away, they've always been extremely accomodating at getting us in that day.

He explains how the muscles/bones/nerves work and what your problem might be and how he plans to repair it. I walk out of there every time understanding more than I did when I walked in. I suffer from headache/migraines at least once a week. In the 4 visits I have had with Dr Knowles I am already feeling so much better in the neck area. Headaches of course aren't gone yet but for the first time in a long time I have hope that I will be able to say that I don't get headaches weekly if even monthly in the near future. I suggest if you are looking for friendly, experienced chiropractic care and/or suffer from headaches/migraines you reach out to Dr. Knowles and schedule an appointment.

Dr Reidhead is fantastic! He is thorough and very knowledgeable! I don't think I would have recovered from my accident if I did not come to this place! They have a really good massage therapist Robyn that does deep tissue work! She is so good! They have an exercise rehab specialist Tristan that helped me regain my strength so I could be back to my normal self! They have a convenient app where you can schedule your appointments too! I will absolutely still continue to come to this place monthly for my chiro maintenance!

From the moment they called to schedule my appointment, my check in, and scheduling my follow ups, they made me and anyone else in the office feel welcome and cared for. I was also seen on time and given prompt attention. I saw Dr. Flack and he was also very kind and professional. His examination was thorough and he took the time to hear me out and work together with me to develop the best treatment plan. I'm so lucky my insurance covers it because I come once a week just to stay mobilized and prevent my SI joint and low back from locking up, which is a usual problem for me. I've been seeing chiropractors for years given some imbalanced body mechanics from my scoliosis and chronic pain and stiffness thanks to autoimmune. There are very few chiropractors that can actually adjust my low back. I told Kyle this coming in, and he listened to what has worked for me in the past and is able to adjust me no problem. I've been to chiros that will literally body slam me to try to get it to move when all it takes is some finesse. He can adjust any joint and it's never painful and always listens and focuses in when I come to him with new pains.
