The Nurses were kind, responsive, and showed genuine care and concern. They got me right in for a chest x-ray, which i learned showed nothing of concern. Dr. Joan Venerosa, PA, however, was dismissive, condescending, and glib from the moment she walked in. She was argumentative, dismissing my symptoms as insignificant because she "didnt hear me coughing", and that my ongoing fever was only slightly elevated. (102.6° at the time of my visit). Ok, so you dont think I'm sick. But to treat your patient like they're a bother, or overdramatic ? To make them feel uncomfirtable or like they need to prove themself to you? You chose this profession, Dr. You chose to provide care to those who are seeking it. Where in your handbook does it state that you are to dismiss and shrug off someone who is asking fir your advice and expertise? Is it your goal to have your patient think, "Wow. That was a waste of time"? Do you encourage this dismissiveness? Do you hope that next time, i dont bother to seek medical attention? Customer care and service are the most important part of most any industry - medical included.

Medicare and Blue Cross covered facility…read morecharges but St Marys doctor who was supposedly on duty that day (My wife was told by someone there that the doctor on duty had already gone home for the day and never did see that doctor) was not an in network provider with United Health Care even though St Marys facility charges were in network and bill came to us for that doctor on St Mary Letterhead. I talked to United Health Care and was told that if she had gone to Emergency instead that Emergency is required by law to let you know whether or not the provider on duty is in network but that Urgent Care is exempt from this law. I notified my local federal and state legislators of this loophole. Meanwhile I can not recommend St Marys Urgent Care as I felt that even though probably legal the billing practice was unethical.

Prior to the inspection, I had a few questions and Jason called me and took his time addressing my concerns. I didn't feel rushed and he was very friendly and put me at ease. My husband and I were not able to attend the inspection, but I felt totally comfortable with that after speaking with him. Our realtor raved about him and she was absolutely right to rave. He did a very thorough job inspecting the house and he called us that night to discuss it, and even sent us the final report the same day, despite it being late in his time zone. When he called us to discuss it, he took his time explaining his findings and answering our questions. We did not feel rushed at all. He is very friendly and personable and easy to talk to. The report was quite detailed and contained a lot of photos which I appreciated. I felt that I had a much better understanding of the condition of the house and I feel confident proceeding with the purchase. Jason made a potentially stressful experience very easy and smooth. This will be our fourth house purchase and he has been the best inspector that we have worked with by far, please do not hesitate to use his service!

We also ended up getting a structural test for a great bundle price. Upon arrival there was team of two who tackled the home and completed the mold and structural test under an hour. They were extremely detailed when explaining the issues that did arise when they were done with the inspection on site and within a few hours of them leaving, I received the two full written reports with detailed explanations and local contractor recommendations for the issues that the did find in the attic. They also offer a follow up service for a check in inspection once you have the work completed in the home. I highly recommend this team! They were fast efficient and affordable.

He came out very quickly and began checking things that may have caused the loss of water in the house. He was so complete in his troubleshooting, he discovered that the problem was most likely an electrical issue. After getting the electrical issue resolved, Kelly came out the next day and replaced an old pressure switch and installed a pressure gauge on our bladder tank so we can verify that it's working properly. His prices are very fair. He could have just come and replaced our pump and charged us a lot of money. Instead, with his troubleshooting, we paid 1/5 of what we would have paid to replace the pump. He also cleaned up some previous shoddy work that had been done to make the property safer. He will be our first and only call for any well or water treatment issues we have in the future. He's honest, thorough, and does great work. Highly recommended!

Short review: Kelly is a hot head that cussed me out over the phone, and he should not be in…read morebusiness. I ordered water filters from them, on May 24th. I got a confirmation email that stated they would be in touch. Of course, my credit card was charged immediately. After hearing nothing for over a week, I emailed them asking about the status of my order. They said they would check on it. By June 2nd I had still not heard back, so I emailed again demanding a tracking number. They responded by asking me to call them. Kelly indicated that he may not be able to get the filters, and that he thought the web page I ordered from had been removed. I received an email on June 10th, stating I was getting a refund in 3-5 days. I finally had to call back on June 19, as I had not received a refund. Kelly then cussed as me, and blamed me for ordering from a web page that wasn't supposed to me there, then hung up on me. There's a reason this is a mom and pop shop, and based on my experience they won't be in business long.

I came here due to what felt like the start of a sinus infection or ear infection as I've had them…read morebefore. As soon as I went in, they were very dismissive and told me that it's not a sinus infection since I'm only in day 4 of a cold. They never took my temperature which is shocking. They swabbed me for strep which I assume came back negative as I never heard anything. The doctor told me I have the flu without even testing me for it. I then told him I took a flu test at home and it came back negative and he just said "oh, okay then" and summed it up to a common cold. I woke up the next day (today) with excruciating pain in my left face and inside my ear. I decided to then go to a separate urgent care to get their input. Wouldn't you know it, they told me I have both a sinus infection and an ear infection and prescribed me antibiotics. Clearly the doctor at Ellis Urgent Care lacks knowledge and doesn't actually listen to the patient. Don't come here.
