STAY AWAY!!! They will send in wrong information to your insurance so claim gets denied. Then charge your credit card the day after you receive the invoice for full payment. Then when insurance fixes their issue and sends payment, they claim they never received the payment from insurance company and will not refund what they charged you because insurance says they can only charge half of their fee. INSURANCE FRAUD AT ITS FINEST AT THIS PLACE!!!! read more

I was very disappointed in this urgent care l went there cause l was not feeling well the receptionist was very rude to me she was not a pleasant person she did not help me to sign in was not friendly at all so l left and went to the er l will never return to this urgent care again. My husband has a walnut sized fluid filled lump on his wrist. Red and swollen all around it. We think it might be a bug bite. Nurse practitioner came in, barely glanced at it and said she would call in a prescription for an antibiotic. We asked if she would pop it. She said no way. We asked if she thought it was a bug bite, she just shrugged. Plus, even with Medicare and the fact our deductible has been paid, we had to pay money to be seen. They are crooks so no doubt all location facilities are the same. They charge double if you end up going there in what they consider after hours although they are obviously still open at whatever time you go & on top of it all, the double charge also includes going to the facility on a weekend. They also automatically take money out of your account without your permission when they realize they're not getting the rest of their money due to health insurance issues. I had already paid a deductible & was still extortion. They claim everyone signs a form but it's for agreement in health treatment but somewhere in small print it may give permission for them to automatically take money from anyone's account. I'm going to go there & demand to see the form I signed & get a copy of it of which I should have gotten a copy in the first place. They won't offer a copy but by law, anything we sign, we are entitled to a copy. And you never see a Doctor for these exorbitantly priced office visits--only Nurses. I had no lab tests & no other tests or anything special yet my bill was close to $400.00 so since they automatically took money from my account, I was unable to pay my car insurance bill & have money left over for food--I'm on a fixed income. And the time before this visit, I brought my spent bottle of meds that my Doctor prescribes for arthritis attacks to them as I was suffering greatly from pain & the Nurse refused to write a script for it. The ER provides better service than what you're getting here. This is a disgrace how people are treated! read more

I needed a last minute appointment yesterday evening because I received two alerts on my Apple Watch saying I had a high heart rate, and I do realize that my heart seems to be racing even though I was just chilling. I looked on Google Maps to see what my options are, and this place came up with an appt at 5:52 which was perfect. When I arrived, I checked in online at their tablet and waited shortly and then I was called up to give the front desk my preferred pharmacy. The facility was extremely clean and had a ton of beverages in the waiting room like icee (I've never seen that before). The medical assistant took my vitals and said that my blood pressure is normal, which is a relief but also didn't really calm my nerves. The nurse practitioner comes in and takes one look at me and said you're a nervous wreck, I can tell by looking at the way you're shaking, you're the textbook type of patient that's going through anxiety and stress and that anyone who is going through that would have a high pulse and heart rate. She told me to turn off the notification on my watch because it'll psych myself out. I have to be concerned because this isn't normal for a 26 year old, I also have extensive family history of high blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes etc, and I'm also a curvy woman. While I'm happy to hear that it wasn't something more serious, I wish she would've listened to my heart first. After I asked, she listened to my heart and said that everything sounds good to her. She gave me two Benadryls and had me take a quick nap in the room and monitored my heart rate which showed signs of it lowering. It wasn't a terrible experience overall, just a different kind of approach than I'm used to by a medical professional. I do like how convenient the check in process was and the facility being open until 8pm on a Sunday which helped. There was also a ton of free parking in the small lot outside. read more

Appt for 12:50 pm... I sat in the parking lot filling out the appt scheduler to Sue's things up. Then Walked in and it was only 1 person ahead of me. Medical assistant called me up to confirm pharmacy. I sat down afterwards. Never got called and other ppl have arrived. It is now 1:40 pm and I have not been seen. Mind you beforehand I went outside to take my glucose reading and grabbed a piece of candy. Came back In and the medical assistant skipped over me and took someone else to the back! Also now there are 4 other ppl waiting in the waiting area. She told me it was a matter of preference and personal decision the reason why the other patient got called to the back!!!! WTF???? I mentioned that was unacceptable. She only commented that she was sorry And it's only one doctor on staff. I told her to cancel and that I wanted confirmation of cancellation. She sent a text And then proceeded to act like she was unbothered and didn't make a difference because she was standing on what she said. The nerve of this person... really rude /obnoxious. To go a step beyond, when I got in the clinic she asked me why didn't I go to see my primary, but didn't ask the other patients that question. At this point I'm thinking she's racist! read more

When I tried scheduling a time to go into the urgent care the night before, it would not let me book a time to go in. So the next day I tried again, it also didn't work. I then walked in to sign in and it took a long time for me to be seen. The waiting room has about 4 chairs, and there was the most annoying commercial playing over and over agin with the same jingle. When I was finally seen I waited for about an hour before anyone came to see me. Either the doctor was on their lunch break, or they were understaffed, either way I was struggling to breathe from coughing so much and I wish the process went faster. The doctor then came in checked me out for about 60 seconds and then explained that I had allergies and prescribes me medication. However her explanation of what was wrong and what I needed to do was extremely rushed, I barely understood what she was saying and the print out for the mediation I needed wasn't as clear as I hoped it would have been. Again, it may just be because it's a busy time and many people are getting sick but I waited for nearly 3 hours just to be checked out for under a minute. read more

I went on the website to make an appointment for me and my daughter because were sick . I get there for appointment and they tell me at the front desk that the provider has gone on lunch and will be gone takeaway an hour . Me and my sick daughter had to wait in the parking lot for an hour to see the doctor . It's not ok to allow patients to make an appointment with no follow up on when the doctor is available. Once checked in I went to the back immediately, I feel like they too all avenues to find the problem, even an xray. I had a wonderful experience.The staff is so kind and knowledgeable. When you walk in everyone will great you with smile. I went for a company physical and they were so kind to my 78 year old mother who waited in the lobby. They offered her snacks and water. The process was so quick and easy. Did I mention they have a slurpie machine and a TV in every patient examine room. They are open on sat 8am to 8pm. They take all kinds of insurance. Give they a try. I accidentally fractured my finger today by dropping a 25 lb. bag of cherry wood charcoal on my hand at the Jewel checkout. It's Saturday and a warm summer day, the last thing I wanted to do was go wait for 5 hours in Palos Community Hospital Emergency Room. My intelligent husband suggested going to an urgent care center. Great idea! WellNow Urgent Care in Crestwood, IL was the closest. They are brand new and just opened April 2019. I highly recommend them. We were seen very quickly and I was having X-rays in less than half an hour. My nurse practitioner was Carmesha. She had the most excellent bed side manner. We were out very quickly compared to the hospital. Probably, in less than half the time. I would go back to WellNow in Crestwood anytime I have and injury or illness. PS: They have a big screen TV, two flavors of Slurpee's and coffee for the waiting room. They don't have that at the hospital. Above and beyond service. read more

This place was hands down my best experience at a medical facility not just urgent care. They registered for me I didn't have to sit with a clipboard and fill out a bunch of papers the wait wasn't long everyone was very friendly and personable . They really listened to my issues with my back and did everything they could to help, they even burned my x-Rays on a CD. Really pleased with this place and if I ever have anymore issues I will only come here. They were very Modern flatscreens everywhere in every room even gave me the remote to change the channel and if that wasn't enough they had blue or Red Slushies for you on the way out or while you wait in the lobby a kurig and water. And in the back they have an old school pac man arcade machine for you if you want to play a game. read more

1. This clinic performs Covid-19 tests but when I was there for a new hire drug screening, I saw at least 1 nurse walking around in front of patients with her mask down below her chin with her nose and mouth fully exposed. 2. After washing my hands before handling the urine cup, the nurse noticed that I had something in my pockets and told me that I had to remove these items before going into the toilet. She should have told me this before I washed my hands. Doing this after washing my hands defeats the purpose of having me wash my hands before handling the urine cup. 3. There was no place for me to hang my coat and purse while I was in the toilet room so I had to place them on top of the patient countertop or over the garbage can which would have hit my coat when the garbage top opened up. Just nasty. 4. When I finished filling the cup and came out of the bathroom (no sink in the bathroom), the nurse wanted me to sign something without asking me to wash my hands first. Again, just nasty. 5. I asked the nurse helping me if she was okay having the other nurse walking around with her mask around her chin. Her response was "we usually only do that when no patients are around". Well there were patients around and either scenario is unacceptable. If you care about your health and your life, avoid this organization. I went home and took a shower, then wiped down my car, purse and coat with disinfectant. read more

Went in for a bus physical on a Sunday about 830am!! Was done about 1010am!! Kind of a long time!! Just found out they didnt do my bus physical so I have to go back!! They knew what I was there for one!! Gave me a eye ,hearing, and everything else a bus physical needs!! Called there office today to see how long of a wait it would be!! They said they could not tell me that on the phone!!!!! What a bunch of incompetent people in that office!!! I was the first person there from my company and my office said I will be the last!! They took 12 days and me calling 7 times for them to tell me they lost my test and all they could do is re-swab. The worst part they don't have a customer service department. I asked for highest person and it's just the manager at the location. They have no other contact info on their site. Tried calling New York where they have more locations. On March 3rd, 2020 I decided to go to this urgent care center since it was close to home. I haven't been feeling well for some time now and wanted to be seen. Upon registration the rep informed me I had to pay my coinsurance before I could be seen. I informed her I didn't know anything would be due and I didn't come prepared. She told me I couldn't be seen! Being a healthcare professional for over 18 years I know a thing or two about refusing treatment to patients! I wasn't assessed, no vitals taken and she didn't even ask why I needed to be seen! The bad part is a doctor stood by and watched all this go down and didn't say a word. I am three months pregnant and I am high risk, but they wouldn't know that because I wasn't assessed. This caused my anxiety and stress levels to go up sky high! I am sure my blood pressure was high as well! The manager was contacted, but didn't even come out and speak with me. As healthcare professionals our number one goal is to treat the patients! They are the reason why we have jobs! I think this was a disgrace how I was treated and I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to their clinic! read more

I had an in person appointment. I was very sick and the hospital south suburban was very full I sat in there waiting room for hours with no help. When a security guard told me about this place so I left and went and was seen immediately . There are three amazing women I met here Ellen , Jen and Yolonda. I didn't have a great experience. The wait time was insane. I was waiting inside the consulting room for over two hours. INSIDE meaning after I was brought into the consulting room/office. I tried to consider the situation we are currently in with COVID and all, however there was ONLY one patient before me and STILL two hours seems ridiculous. After that when the doctor finally saw me NONE of his equipment worked. It was frustrating. Was told to make an appt. Went online made the appt. Showed up and rudely Told the doctor went to lunch to come back in an hour. This was at 2:45 pm. Well what was the point of making the appointment then? And why didn't you plan Your lunch according to your appts? I get it, maybe they needed a lunch, things happen. Call me maybe?? Before I come to a scheduled appt? Yeah - that didn't happen. So had to find something to do for over an hour in area I am not comfortable in. Go back in for them to tell me they don't take my insurance That was uploaded when I made the appt online. Yeah- called my insurance company - They gave me your place to come to! Soooo yeah. Went back and forth Then had my insurance company call them and they tell them to take me and to bill them as they are in my network. They refuse to take it . So after 3 1/2 hours of my wasted time - went else where. Rude and don't give a about you! Don't waste your time with these people. I couldn't have been more disappointed with their customer service. The receptionist had a terrible attitude I'm talking eyebrows flexed the entire time she's doing my check in process... I went in due to running fevers and cold sweats as well as a sore throat I clearly could barely talk although the office was quite she acted as though she couldn't hear me so I had to raise my voice. My throat was in excruciating pain the entire time...My significant other was in the waiting area and heard the ladies in office say "it's time for us to go." I was diagnosed with the flu and they couldn't even give me any antibiotics or medication... she gave me a sheet that excused me from work for two days..Sunday and Monday... I don't even work Sundays....she didn't even ask this is by far the most brushed off I've been in any medical situation granted the severity of the condition. I am not pleased. It's a little disappointing when the lady taking the vitals is the only one that seems genuine. The physician was very ignorant stating to my significant other "I want to talk some stuff but you in here.." they seemed to have been more interested in rushing to leave work and his marital status that anything else... way to go ladies... what a way to represent the business. I hope to hear from higher ups ASAP because I will be escalating this issue. read more
