I've been here a few times since this urgent care became WellNow, and I think next time I have to visit an urgent care, I'll try the other one in town. First, the desk staff can sometimes be great and super-polite. Other times they have been so incredibly rude I just have to think they must hate life. I get it - you don't want to be there - but neither do I. Then there's the staff that take you back and check your vitals and all that. Same thing. Sometimes they are great. Other times they clearly should not be doing this work. Again, you don't want to be there, but neither do I. If you look under beds, next to cabinets, other nooks and crannies, you'll realize this place is super-dirty. Gunk stuck to the floor and cabinets does not give me great vibes about a medical facility. Doctors, NPs, whoever takes care of you - again hit and miss. If you don't want to be doing this work, find a new career. And don't bother making an appointment. They make no attempt to honor it. I made an appointment online hoping to not have to sit in the waiting room too long. They took me back almost two hours later than my appointment time. What a joke. I can't say for sure the other nearby urgent care is any better, but I doubt it could be worse. read more

Went in cause i was sick for free days was told just to take Sudafed. But visit was ok. Receptionist that day was ok and billed me my$25 CO pay. Went in again 4 days later couldn't even hardly open my eyes or breathe and had to call off work full blown eye infection and upper respiratory infection. Receptionist was rude and made me pay$60. Said computers at bcbs must not be running but they will reimburse me shortly. Well it's been 45 days and still NO reimbursement. Keep calling get people who barely speak English and they say i need to call my insurance company which i have and insurance company says they were Paid. read more

STAY AWAY!!! My kid tested positive for strep. I called them to get a script sent. They said they would call back. Never did. I called again and the person had NO clue what they were doing, ended up essentially hanging up on me after 10 minutes. Never got the script sent from them. They should be shut down! read more

Went for a sprained ankle, said it was severe said stay off it for 7-10 days and I'll be okay no boot no crutches no nothing told me to stay off it but I can continue my day as normal... I walk all day.. then I looked it up and they said severe sprains can take 8-12 months to heal. I'm a cheerleader I don got time for this ankle did not feel any better then it did before because I Already was on it for a month so I thought they would atleast give me a boot or sum. None. My sister also went she was very sick vomiting everything they told her she just had a cough gave her cough medicine and sent her home... front desk woman was nice tho shout out to her we even booked a appointment and people were walking in making appointments and got seen before me... read more

Arrived and checked in. I was number 5 on the list. And hour later, still number 5. 2.5 hours later, I was number 7. I actually left at an hour and half when my name disappeared off the list and went to a different urgent care place. I went in to cancel my registration and saw my place in line. I have been coming to Monroe Urgent care for a few years now, usually for emergency situations when I need a prescription to help me fight a bad cold so I don't have to call in work sick. Every time I came in it was quick, simple, and professional. Staff was friendly, helpful, and made me feel safe trusting my health with them. Unfortunately that's not how my visit went today. The only staff member who was helpful was the one at the front desk, the nurse practitioner was rude, unfriendly, and had a very off-putting attitude. I came in sick, tired and looking for help and she treated me like I was some burden she had to deal with. Honestly made me regret even coming in here today. The ridiculously long wait for 3 people in the waiting room was one thing, the laughing and the jokes at the desks were another thing. But come on, seriously you people are in the medical field and you have no idea how to talk to your patients? Monroe urgent care needs to educate their staff on how to properly communicate in a professional medical setting. Its not always WHAT you say, its HOW you say it. By far the worst experience I have ever had in a medical center, no excuse to act like that in career where your job is to help and care for people. I wont be coming here again, and I'll be letting my friends and family not to come here either. Now I understand why WellNow does not ask for surveys on the customers experience. They just let their customers dump it on yelp and hope it will all get swept under the rug. read more

I had no issue with the clinic. Their billing practices are egregious!!!!! Received a bill 3 months after the office call. A threatening letter, that we will be turned over to collections. I made a phone call and was told that they would re bill insurance. As soon as I got off the phone the charged my debit card $152. I was told that the charge was a mistake and that I would have my refund in 2 weeks. I've been trying to get my money back for over 2 months now. My insurance paid them over 5 weeks ago. I've been lied to for 2 months. Been told everything from they don't have a claim, my insurance company actually did the claim over the phone. And of course I have been told no less than eight times that my check is in the mail. Finally someone actually told me the truth after 2 months that my check has not been cut, but it is "pending ". I have sent several emails to the company we have called probably 10 times in the last two months. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau also. This company is awful if I could give ZERO stars I would. read more

I've been coming here for my entire life and every single time I walk in there I'm "welcomed" with the attitude of their front desk workers. I should feel welcomed to come to this place with mine and my child's health issues. read more

The clinlic is disgusting the rooms are a mess they are supposed to be clean & sanitized. The facility needs to be CLOSED DOWN. I will never go there again. I advise no one else to visit their Facilities. read more
