WellNow was absolutely amazing. The staff was so great and attentive from start to finish. My fiancé and I went there to get our physicals done for our business and the process was smooth and stress free. When I fractured my finger, they handled everything with so much care and compassion. The Olean staff said they didn't need my Medicare info,, tried billing my other insurance, got rejected and just stole the full amount from my bank account! When their mistake was brought to their attention, they still havent replaced the money! Now I see why they only accept cards! Maybe they should properly train the staff! read more

Beware. I visited WellNow in Olean, NY in June 2025. They have allowed my identity to be stolen. FACT. As a matter of their business they made copies of my insurance card, drivers license, and flex benefits card. Strangely, in August 2025 the WellNow in Liverpool / Syracuse, NY area charged my flex benefits card $10. When I called to dispute with my flex benefits company I was told not to worry - this was likely something about WellNows billing !?! Regardless, I insisted they cancel my flex benefits card in August 2025. Now I am getting texts from WellNow and and EOB letters from my insurance in excess of $300 related to lab and medical work done at WellNow in the Liverpool, NY area that have absolutely nothing to do with me. WellNow's text indicated an intent to charge my (cancelled) flex benefits card. Someone posing as me with my information, obtained from WellNow, is receiving medical treatment. Somehow they are doing so without any of my cards. I have not been anywhere near Liverpool, NY in years. When I called WellNow's "fraud" department - they do NOT call back. WellNow is NOT a reputable business and certainly do not protect your sensitive information. Avoid WellNow ! read more

I have spoken to these people several times as they were interested in hiring me. However, the last time I spoke with the manager I shared my concerns about the incompetence level of the staff since I'd interviewed before & saw some very unprofessional behavior. I worked at a private urgent care for 3 years so I know how a professional urgent care is run. I was sent here for a drug test in November & I made an appointment because I don't like having a full bladder then having to wait, pee then drink more. They took me 30 minutes late which started me off annoyed. The paramedic who took me back was very unfriendly. There's a tech working there from Olean hospital I worked at & I told her at the hospital the day I came in to 10 patients waiting & she & another employee were sitting gabbing it up when there was a lot of work to do. I told her and the other lazy employee that they could be trying to get one more done rather than sit there gabbing. This employee you hired called the manager so I made sure she was brought in to the conversation as she's incredibly lazy along with the other. Those two fought over that urgent care spot because nobody at the hospital likes them. They are lazy, catty & always trying to get others into trouble. They aren't friends anymore because the one got the job over the other. The one you hired lost her mammo position and was going to have to do CT & X-rays again & she didn't want to work that hard. She had a mammo schedule & sat on her butt the rest of the day never helping the rest of us out. She doesn't even have a mammo license. Anyway, the point of this review is that my drug test never showed up and these fools at Well Now Urgent Care blamed Fed Ex for the loss even though I don't recall FedEx ever losing a drug test sample when I worked at urgent care. I believe your employee who I saw there that day threw it in the garbage because she was angry with me about spilling the truth about her which everyone knew but nobody was willing to take it to the managers office. So your petty ass employer threw my drug test out so I'd have to do it again. That's okay, I did it again and now you will NEVER GET BUSINESS WITH ANY COMPANY I WORK WITH EVER! I will tell everyone how incompetent you guys are & how you literally send just about every patient that comes in there to the hospital anyway. You've got shady employees too. Skip this place & go out to Coudersport urgent care. They'll get you in and out and take great care of you without petty employees. read more

I frequent Well Now locations elsewhere so on vacation I decided to give this one a try. Online says no wait. So I went, got my covid nasal swab and was out in a total of 30 minutes. The staff from the desk to the nurse and PA was wonderful. I would highly recommend this location for minor injuries and problems. Great on covid testing too. read more

We took our daughter there for a rash on her back. The doctor told us to see our primary care doctor for bloodwork so we did. It came back negative for Lyme's but they put her on antibiotics anyway. Two weeks later the WellNow doctor called at 7:30 on a Sunday night. He wanted to know if we had done the bloodwork like he suggested and what the results were. We told him we did and the results were negative. He said he felt we should have follow-up bloodwork. We did. This time it is positive. I don't want it to be positive. But if it weren't for that doctor going out of his way to call us we wouldn't have done the follow-up and we wouldn't have known. We are taking her to a specialist to figure out our next step. I am grateful to the WellNow doctor who went above and beyond. If it weren't for him our daughter might not have been diagnosed in time for effective treatment. read more
