The last time I had strep throat, it was overlooked by the urgent care facility I had visited, so I was a little skeptical. The facility is clean, nice, and welcoming. The woman at the reception desk (I believe her name is Brittany?) was kind and efficient. As soon as I had finished checking in, I was called back by the nurse. I met with the RN, the PA, and the doctor, all of whom were very friendly and patient. I did not feel that I was being rushed or hurried (I've definitely felt this way at other urgent care facilities). Luckily, I tested negative for strep. The doctor sent me off with thorough discharge information and helpful recommendations for caring for my sore throat. I was in and out of the facility in 30 minutes! If I have to return to an urgent care facility in the future, I will definitely return to this one. Welcoming, prompt, and attentive.

I questioned her as to why when I was at another urgent care also owned by Rochester Regional Health and she gave me the excuse that because they're a smaller site that you can't wait with people even if they've been through a traumatic event because of covid. I then told her I understand however there was exactly 0 people inside so I told her that was ridiculous and she then asked me if I was having an issue with their policy. I told her no but I thought it was ridiculous and she told me that I could have a nice day, to which I told her the same.

Went in at my "appointment time" and still waited 1.5 hours. I was told it is just a time slot and not an appointment time...then maybe you should specify that. I entered all my insurance information online prior to the visit, and when I checked in, the woman at the desk said I was all set. I went there to get a prescription for anti-biotics because I had a sinus infection. Considering I get them every year at the same time of year for the past 20 years, it doesn't take a doctor, or RN, or whatever they have working there to diagnose it. Instead, they insisted I get my nose probed three times for COVID (don't know why), Flu (didn't have a fever/aches), and who knows what the other swab was for. After that, and the negative results, I got sent on my way with a good luck and a suggestion to switch my OTC allergy medicine and use some nasal spray (which I do). So, after wasting 2.5 hours of my life, I leave with no relief. About 3 weeks later, I found out, I did get something...a $585 bill. I have insurance, have had the same insurance for more than 20 years, and have gone to multiple urgent cares across the country and have only had to pay the copay. Obviously if I was "out of network" the woman at the front desk would have notified me right...NOPE. Dealing with their billing department is a whole other thesis. Finally got a hold of the front desk after 3 days dealing with billing and was told the manager "Tara" would be in touch, thank God I didn't hold my breath because that was 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting. In the end...nothing has been resolved. The place is a scam.

Nothing but good things to say about Elmwood Pediatrics…read more Granted we have limited experience (maybe 4 visits total) for our 3 month old, all the visits have been positive experiences. The nurses, nurse practitioners and physicians have all been great with our little one. They were open Saturday when we had our first newborn visit, which was convenient and reassuring to us as first-time parents. Drs. Bauer and Cleary have great bedside manner and I trust them fully in caring for my child. Luckily we haven't had any urgent visits, but all our routine visits have been great.

The layout is easy to navigate. You check in, someone takes you for vitals, then you wait in another area. The day I went, there was a bit of a backup, but overall, my experience was good. I saw a resident first, then the doctor, and both were helpful and took the time to answer my questions. This location is in Henrietta, where the mall used to be. There's plenty of parking.

Each pet if the body has a rehab area with the proper equipment. Acupuncture, cupping also has its place. Ample parking.

They told me I have a common cold and sent me home. A couple days later, my symptoms were worsen so I had to go to another urgent care(Immediate Care in Henrietta). They diagnosed me with laryngitis and put me on a nebulizer and sent me home with an inhaler since I had trouble breathing. If I was treated correctly in a first place, I could have been better by now. I will never ever go to Accel Care.
