Kelly Ann Cote (branch manager) doesn't know how to run a business. I am not a Wells Fargo member but I had a Wells Fargo check. I went to cash out it to the nearest Wells Fargo from home and she was being rude saying I couldn't cash my check because the check is under my business account and I am not a member there. Mind you I was there last week and they had no problem cashing it there for a larger amount. I ended up going to a different Wells Fargo and they cashed it out again no problem. I love Wells Fargo bank. It's been my bank for many many years. I wish they would come up with a window with the people that know exactly what they're doing. I always get caught up with the people that need statements. Don't know what or what they're doing. they should have a minimum of five minutes and then make that person stand in line again I know that'll never happen but it's just a thought. They should have an Express Lane for people that just need cash or cash a check. I don't need to stand in line with people that need statements from three years ago. Also, I wish she didn't have to make an appointment to see a banker that is ridiculous. Also, I wish that the people that were walking around asking if they could help you or just go behind the counter and help me instead of just asking me if they could help me on the other side of the counter also the banking should know their hours that they are busy nothing worse than standing in line on a Friday with 35 people in line and only two tellers. Omg Sebastian was amazing he was really nice and best customer service. I had an appointment at another branch and end up at this branch by mistake, he saw me and even though he had to leave he decided to help me out. He was really really patient and got me through everything I needed. I forgot some papers I needed for my account and he even gave me time to go back home get them and come back!!! OMG I can't explain how much of a help he was he is a life saver I hope a manager well The manager Kelly sees this and promotes him to a higher rank or position he is amazing! Also Kelly the Manager was amazing and really really kind she was making sure all the representatives at the branch were helping and also doing their job! This is for the walk-up ATM only. If you are going to an Angels game, or anything at Anaheim stadium and need soem quick cash, this location is just across the street. They have a parking lot with plenty of spaces and two nice ATM machines, which are located on the side of the building opposite the stadium. Clean machines, and a quick easy transaction. read more

I haven't banked with Wells Fargo in years but needed to access statements and check images from a closed account. First I called this branch and was told by the clueless employee that everything "just disappears" when you close an account. I know this to be patently false. Banks are required to keep records for up to 7 years, even on closed accounts. When I told him as much and asked to speak to his manager, I got "uh...she's busy right now. Can I have her call you back?". I hung up. The next day I made an appointment to come in to the bank and try again. The bank was completely empty of customers. I was met by the same guy who had answered the phone the previous day. Great. I knew it was him right away because of his unprofessional manner. I sat down with him and explained the situation and why I needed the statements. He never asked for my ID, which is scary. I could have been anyone trying to access my bank transactions. He even showed me something on his screen by saying "I'm not supposed to show you this but...". Oh okay. Very comforting. I guess account security is a joke here. Good to know. Once again, he was not able to find my information despite me giving him my account number. He called customer service and they did nothing to help. I explained to him that another branch just up the street had been able to easily access my account, so why couldn't he? He had no clear answer for that. He just...didn't know how to do that. He acted like the other branch employee must have accessed some secret backdoor of information when that clearly was not the case. "I wonder how she did that?", he asked out loud. He had no idea what he was doing. I left empty handed. 45 mins of my day wasted. After I left, I went back up the street to the other branch and yet again, employees were easily able to find and print my bank statements for me using the same exact information I gave this guy. If multiple employees at another branch knew how to do this, why didn't he? This branch needs to properly train its bankers. They are unprofessional and unhelpful. I'm glad to no longer bank with Wells Fargo but if you do, I would suggest never going to this particular branch. read more

I've been a good customer at this branch for almost 10 years, I've never been overdrawn, never bounced a check and have a great credit score in the 700's Due to this corona virus my business was failing so I applied for and was granted a loan from the SBA to help me through this very difficult time. The money was deposited into my account yesterday so I arrived at 9:am eager to withdraw $2000 to pay off a past due credit card and even though I had $2000 in my account the teller,Bre Evans called her manager, Elvira Flores who I've seen for many years there. They told me that they would have to call and verify that the SBA really authorized the $25,000 loan. I said "why?, I already have $2000 in my account that has nothing to do with the loan".so give me my $2000 so I can go pay my bills. Quit wasting my time because my handicapped brother is waiting in the car. Those dumbasses kept me waiting for over 45 minutes to verify that the SBA really and truly directly deposited that money. Now I don't understand why they thought I was someone to interrogate. Because the manager started asking me all kinds of questions about my business and what kind of work I did and the name etc. I was f-ing pissed . My app on my phone said available funds was over $27,000. Why after 10 f-ing years will you interrogate me and refuse to hand me my money making me and my disability blind brother wait 45 minutes for your suspicions?. After they knew how I felt about being scrutinized I demanded the entire $27,000 in cash and closed my account. I then remembered how Wells Fargo treated me when I needed a personal loan. They were quick to hand it over but the $3000 I borrowed would have cost me nearly $6000 in repayment. Im so glad I borrowed from the OCCU as quick as I could just to give Wells Fargo back the $3000 they so eagerly wanted to loan me. The Orange County Credit Union (OCCU) is the only place that has ever helped me during this epidemic they never trick or gouge me or scrutinize or question any of my large deposits. So let me tell you about the EX-cellent customer service I received today visiting the Wells Fargo branch on State College near my job. I waited a short wait bc not many customers then I proceeded to make a deposit on my business account while doing that I thought I would ask about Zelle for businesses. Eileen was so nice and explained how to get all set up on Zelle with the mobile app. Then I asked to change my e-mail on file to a more professional email. She had no problem making all of my transactions smooth she even offered to call in to get my business account added to the app. Even though I thought she might get busy and forget I was pleasantly surprised she called me about an hour later to say I was all set up for Zelle on my business account. Review strictly based on ATM experience- office staff was friendly. ATM DEPOSITORS BEWaRE- I went here to deposit $2000 cash in the atm and the count was off by $50. I thought I must have had less money than I thought. Well I declined the deposit and sure enough it spit out $2k. So I tried again. Second time count was off by $100 this time. I thought maybe I'll put $1000 deposit and make 2 transactions. Nope! Count was off again! When depositing cash here be aware of the count before putting in the machine or just don't deposit cash. I went in to the bank and deposited with a teller. I informed her about the issue and her replay was "yeah it's been doing that, our system has been slow" WTF!? So I wonder how many people this has happened to. Maybe put a sign on the ATM saying no cash deposits till you fix the machine. Be aware! Don't get robbed by the ATM here. read more

There's never a long wait for a teller, well maybe because the bank itself is a little hard to find. It's tucked away behind ginormous trees in a big blue glass building on the corner of Orangewood and State College. The tellers are all quite friendly and help you get in and out of there quickly, can't really find any reason to complain. read more

This place is pretty easy to drive by if you don't know exactly where it is (i.e., inside the big black office building on the northwest corner of St. College and Orangewood with the Wells Fargo signs). There is reserved bank parking in the parking lot, which makes parking a snap. I usually use the ATM, but on the few occasions I've gone inside, the staff has been very friendly. Bordering on creepily friendly. For two dollar bill purposes, they seem hit or miss. But had lots on my most recent trip. I left some for the rest of you. I did not ask how to get the enormous stuffed pony. I assume you have to deposit your soul. read more

I have never stepped foot inside the bank. I only use their tellers to get cash. I remember some time ago they seemed to have issues with their ATM check deposits. It seemed like it was a hit or miss when it came to depositing checks. And that got annoying for me. Although the last couple of times, even though I was a little hesitate on going there, I was able to get some checks deposited. So maybe the problem is fixed. read more

Usually not the case, but now that they have all my business, total let down. We have at least 5 company accounts, payroll, credit card transactions, 401K and DBP with them. Since there's nothing left for them to get commissions on, there's not incentive to help. Time to move on. read more

I've been on the phone for an hour trying to get one bill set up for automatic reoccurring payments and email notifications WITHIN their own company! Cheese and Crackers! Usually, I have no problem with this branch. The employees are polite and very helpful. But today, I went in to make my car payment and the teller helping me was alright. But at the end of the transaction, she just THREW my receipt at me and didn't get even say so much as an "ok". That was it. I work near this Wells Fargo and try to avoid it for the most part but when I have to go inside then I do either way. I dislike this branch because the tellers are usually messing up in particular one gentlemen with glasses. The other reason why is because the times Elena ( short Hispanic teller and the end) when she assists me she talks to me with an attitude and today I tried depositing coin I had laying around so i rolled it up which one roll was short so extra change i had loose she used to fill the roll. I had one figure and she had another one she was 3 $ short . I even broke it down ,then she starts to count back the money to me so slow as if i'm retarded or something. when she smirked at another coworker i told her she shouldn't be doing that as i also work with customer service and she should have her individual attention to the customer she smirked again and was about to make a comment and called the a.m the a.m came over i explained how this Elena teller was rude and the teller still have the nerve to walk away.
