Theresa is amazing! As soon as we walked through the door she greeted us with excitement along with the other 3 people in front of us- making everyone feel seen. She handled everyone in front of us swiftly and kindly. Our situation required a little more work than a typical transaction, but she stayed optimistic the whole time. She called to her coworkers for assistance and they happily jumped in to help and resolve the matter quickly. They all made us feel seen and appreciated our business. read more

I come here monthly to pay our mortgage. We are in the habit of paying it personally instead of mailing it in. My husband's name is primary on the mortgage & this has been a real headache for years (if I don't have the actual paper statement on me.). I've declared on more then one occasion " I don't care who it is, don't ever turn away someone from contributing money to our account!" Seriously- it's one thing to want to withdraw money or request info- but to have check in hand ready to GIVE and be given the 3rd degree is ridiculous!! On more then one occasion I requested to be authorized by my husband to better access the account. They kept saying this wasn't possible but funny how when we called the 1800# they were happy to mail this form and make that happen. Problem solved......by me not them. We also decided to open an extra checking account there. Had to take a number and wait in line 45 minutes. Basically wait behind all the people with account issues waiting to be resolved. This is just an example of dealing with BIG companies. I much prefer smaller banks. It's ok if there's not a branch on every corner. At least you don't have to reinvent the wheel every month. This location is easy to access and park and cleanly on a positive note. :-) read more

Terrible, don't know what they are doing. Can't cash a Wells Fargo check at a Wells Fargo branch and have it all available? I offered to cash it for the typical 7.50$ fee that they charge for non customers as well- couldn't do that either after waiting 15 minutes waiting for confirmation from a manager.... I've cashed checks for the last 2 years at many Wells Fargo's in the area without a problem as a non customer and as a customer - do yourself a favor and drive a few miles down the road to another one. read more

This review is written specifically for Brittany... I showed up on a busy day, the day after all the Wells Fargo accounts were screwed up from some glitch in the system... long lines and several people waiting... I went to her desk to ask a question about a bill of sale, I was selling my vehicle and the buyers were with me getting a cashiers check.... and she responded that the bank didn't have those... ok bummer... we go get in like to get the check and in the meantime she took it upon herself to google the form and print for us and bring to us. She was so kind and helpful and made the sell of my vehicle super easy. She even found additional forms for us (seller & buyer) to fill out to make the del more secure for both of us. I do not back with Wells Fargo and she knew that and was still so helpful. I have been to banks before and as soon as they find out you're not a member... nope, you can't get change for that $100 bill or for all those 20s you just got out of our ATM at a few... I've been turned away. I back with USAA and they do not have a branch in Austin. Closest one is in San Antonio. She made us copies after filling out the forms and even notarized the paperwork. Saturday morning and they have one teller working. Long line taking forever. Bad customer service.

I purchased a cashiers check recently and when my recipient could not cash check, I found out the WF teller printed it on the wrong type of paper and now I can't seem to get the Branch Manager to return my call or Corporate to handle. This issue has to be addressed at branch level. Very disappointing. read more

This banks teller's are the rudest and unproffessional I have encountered. I have a Power of Attorney on my mother's account. She cannot drive. I went in today to DEPOSIT not withdraw money. After waiting 20 minutes I was told that I cannot do so b/c they don't have the correct paperwork. They held this position even after I provided emails from a banker at their location documenting I do have complete authority with this account. Stay away. read more

This branch has gone downhill in so many ways. The ATM has not been working the past 5 of the 6 times. And it's a new machine. So I have to write a check for cash and go through the drive. The wait is always about 10 - 20 minutes. This last time just today, I sat and waited for at least 5 minutes. I was being patient as you know, humanness happens. A truck drove up and put his stuff in the cylinder just like I had done minutes before. Then a truck drove up to commercial lane and I still heard from no one. Pressed the button and was asked if I needed help. Well, yes, I had been waiting on our cash since the ATM is down once again. I was told that their was someone ahead of us. Nope!I was there a good 5 minutes before the truck to our right and then 7 minutes before the truck in the commercial lane drove in. The banker was very short with me. And yes I was frustrated. She didn't ask what denominations that I needed my cash to be either. Finally got my cash and then also a tert and insincere "have a nice day". Never an apology. I so hate this branch but sadly the closest to where I live and it's a good 20 minute drive. I sure wish Wells Fargo would read this and respond and take care of that branch! read more

BEWARE OF ATM. I had cancelled a transaction on a very slow $300 cash withdrawal on Mar 30th. Only to find out at another ATM elsewhere that I hit my daily limit. I promptly went back to the 1431 location and made a claim in person. I was told this was a 8-10 day process. In 10 days I got an email the case was closed and no issues found. They said electronically the transaction shows no issues. I asked if they could use the video or perhaps reconcile an extra $300 being in the ATM at their property. I got explained to me that this ATM on their property is managed by an outside source. I had a Manager re-open and escalate my claim. The Manager TT is very nice, and is doing what she can. But I got to be honest. This is taking far too long for what I see as an easy fix. LOOK AT THE VIDEO PLEASE Update 4/27 - Count me as another victim of Wells Fargo. Their ATM Team says funds were dispensed and taken. But I can assure you that I not only didn't receive the funds, But I canceled the transaction as the ATM was acting sluggish. I got no email confirmation receipt like normal. So to all that use this branch be very careful of that ATM. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 2 decades and can't believe in this day and age, that a dispute like this cannot be reconciled. It looks like I need to look for another bank. read more

This Wells Fargo branch consistently has the worst service out of any branch I have been to in the US. The ATM key pad often has sticky grime on it from where people are eating on the go and touch the key pad with their dirty hands. Being a bank you would think they could afford a few Wet Wipes. Lord knows they have the money the way they charge an arm & a leg if you have to use someone elses ATM in a pinch. Makes me miss the Wachovia days. After you get your money from the ATM (and possibly a disease from touching their disgusting key pad), they refuse to break bills from the ATM at the shoot right next to the ATM machine, so you have to drive all the way around the building and get back in line to break the $20 you just got from the ATM. Never had a problem with either of these things when it was Wachovia. I stopped going to this branch and started going to the one off of 1431 & Lakeline - vast improvement! How a bank should be run! I made a mistake of going back to this branch in 1890 Ranch today since I was close by - big mistake!!! I waited for 10 minutes to make a simple deposit. When I got there only 2 people were there before me and I watched them help 3 people that got there AFTER me. I knew better than to stop at this branch but I did against my better judgement. Lesson learned. I wish Wells Fargo would shut this branch down so something useful could open up. Save yourself the time, headache, and possible transmittable illness, and skip this branch. read more

Horrible, horrible customer service. Went to a teller and asked about making a foreign currency exchange and was told to sign in and wait for a personal banker. I signed in and proceeded to wait and wait and wait for 25 minutes while the personal banker was chit chatting about her personal life. Said banker only stopped chatting when another guest went up to her and asked about a service she was also waiting for. Banker comes up to me and asks what I needed because I was up next and tells me that I needed to speak to a teller about making an exchange. Guess what? I was directed to the exact teller that told me to sign in and wait. Also, I should add that before this exchange of events one of the guests in the lobby walked out as well. I've never liked the service at this location. It's a shame because this is the closest one to my house but instead I drive to the lakeline and 1-83 location where I feel like a valued guest instead of a prop in the lobby. read more

The Manager, T.T. Ton-Nu, couldn't have been more rude. After she laughed at me for not understanding, she continued to argue with me about BS fees that I shouldn't have been charged. Customer service is about eliminating friction for your customers, and making it easy to do business with you. Don't tell me I have to go to another location to address my issues! I don't care where the account was open. After I put on my A-Hole hat, she finally picked up a phone, made a call, and solved my issue. However, it was like pulling teeth. After our transaction was complete, she didn't say a word to me. No, " have a nice day ", nor an apology for being so difficult. The other reviews are correct. Wells Fargo, you are on very thin ice with me. I think it's time I speak to Bank of America, or... ANYONE else. read more

The location at hesters crossing has workers there that shouldnt be they cant do their job no phone calls returned applied for a loan its been a month havent received a call back to say anything about it opened a account there because they were doin a promo to put put 50.00 in my account well its been 3 months still isnt in my account they said it only takes 60 days i do not put money there anymor this place is a joke of a brsnch of wells fargo u do suggest you go to a different branch stay away from this one read more
