Went through several loan people before I finally just got someone random to send me the paperwork to get the loan. Was told I needed a savings account to get the loan, fine. Opened one. Finally got the loan. Tried to move that money to pay for what I got the loan for and was told I can't without a checking account. Annoying but fine I got it. Oh but wait you have a limit of $200 a day to transfer. Have tried customer service but they told me to use CASHAPP to move the money or go to the branch again which is 2 hours from me.

(eek). Even in LP, I had problems reordering checks. But, after moving to Mville, I put in a Change of Address, and requested new checks. Well, guess what? Yep! I never got them either. :-( Now, when I got to this branch, it turns out that only the Drive-thru us open (Lobby is closed). :-( At first, and after my last COVID time bank visit, I wasn't even going to use the Drive-thru. But, I drove around the corner, and since there were only 2 cars in front of me, I decided to wait it out. I only had to wait about 8 minutes before I got up to the window. 8-) I told the teller that I wanted to close out my checking acct due to branch distance, and the reorder problem. A bit surprised that I was able to do that pretty easily. And, because I had less than $500.00 in the account, I had a choice between a check, or cash. Needless to say, I took the green. ;-) Now, the teller was very nice, and polite. But, I was very surprised to see that the (supervisor, or Branch Manager) at the window, who was very apologetic about me never getting my new checks. But, she totally understood the situation.
