Regardless of which branch you use, you are always treated with courtesy and professionalism. We are treated like friends, even though we also deal with business matters daily. To have a Banker that not only treats you with friendliness and respect, and gives you there personal cell number in case something arises outside of business hours, is something very rare. Premier Bank has established itself in Cullman and beyond as the Bank to do business with. I would highly recommend them for personal and business needs. This particular Branch is the only bank within walking distance of the festival, yet still refused to be of service. Definitely not a bank I would want to do business with in the future. The people who referred me to this bank were very upset that their bank had such lousy service for out of town visitors. I wasn't pleased either.

I hate even giving this bank one star. I went in on a Friday at 4:00 to deposit a check for the…read moreelderly man I'm a caretaker for and he needed me to pick up his new debit card too. One of the women called him on the phone and he told her he had been ill and couldn't get to the bank to deposit his check but she told him that because I'm not on the bank acct. They wouldn't be able to do that and I couldn't get his new debit card either. He has to have the money for food, medications and gas in the car and now we are stuck at the apt with none of the above and it's the weekend. I have been depositing his check for him for the past 5 years at this same branch and never had an issue until I walked up in the bank today. I'm very angry and so is he. He said he will be doing his banking somewhere else from now on. They just lost a customer today.
