This is a small, hometown bank that has branched out to other locations. They have always been caring, kind and professional, while maintaining their small town hospitality. My husband's debit card was compromised not long ago. Eva Bank not only took care of the problem, but refunded our money by the close of business that very same day! Even the so-called larger banks would be hard pressed to do that! Eva Bank is one of the easiest, and friendliest banks to deal with. Those larger banks may have more bells and whistles, but they do not compare to the excellent customer service this bank has provided us through the years.

We weren't unhappy when Greg Cook told us he would be preparing our taxes as we've had him for the past 13 years. As the owner he is transitioning to more of a supervisory role. Greg swiftly moved thru all our receipts and forms and put together the federal and state packages quickly. I am able to pay thru my bank and everything was filed and paid yesterday. What a relief for us to get 3 families taxes taken care of before April 15. We had a few minutes left to catch up on what's going on in our lives before our appointment time was over. It's always nice to go to Cook & Co to see Greg. He's one heck of a CPA!!!

Full coverage has been removed on certain vehicles mistakenly due to poor internal communication techniques. Due to the length of time with the company we have held professional patience even after loss due to their error. Further shortfalls during the last 12 month reporting period show a dramatic inability at all levels to communicate customer requirements. Cancellation of the wrong vehicles caused a lapse in coverage. This type of practice shows a highly probable lack of quality assurance. Lending customers possible grounds for seeking coverage elsewhere where proper training techniques are strictly adhered to and management holds all accountable professionally. Unfortunately the majority of mistakes have been at the management level leaving a total loss in professional confidence. As a family with resources both monetarily and socially we look toward assisting everyone and still hold patience. For families who find themselves in these situations, stand advised.
