I work unitl 4:30 and drove as fast as I could to the bank and for them to not help me due to I was 2 minutes late is totally uncalled for. I have banked with them for 30 plus years when it was BB&T and never had a problem with Customer Service but I can clearly see it has gone down hill. There was also a car in the second lane getting help. They didn't even ask me anything just yelled at me WERE CLOSED. How would they feel if that happen to them.
