He is always very professional and welcoming. I don't feel like a number when I deal with him. He always remembers I have kids and asks how they are. What happened in that 97 days interest rates went up. They slowed my loan down to get a better interest rate for them selves, that change caused the loan payment to go up $400 more dollars a month. I will be selling this mobile home ASAP to get rid of this bank, they do NOT deserve my business,
