It is Sunday, my account is locked and I have absolutely no way to unlock it. I tried logging in online, and it's giving me an error that says "opps something went wrong." I tried to call to get a live person or even a computer to validate my purchases and unlock my account, I am getting a busy signal when i click on the prompt. They say they specialize in customer service, however this is customer service at it's worst. If you mind not getting a hold of a person or a computer that can actually help you on a Sunday, I definitely would not open an account with this bank. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON A WEEKEND. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR EVEN PROMOTING THEY HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

She took the time to figure out an issue with my account, spent quite a bit of time on the phone correcting the issue, and genuinely cared that I walked out satisfied. Lady who set up account didn't even have me sign the check so I had to come back for that. Said she'd call in two days, never did. Any bank too incompetent to verify a check in 24hrs in 2025 doesn't deserve your business. Oh yeah, and the deposit still isn't available. Thanks for stealing my money Gate City.
