We would sort through them and see what we could do first. I love US Bank but with the all the changes it just terrible. I do not list using the ATM to make a deposit because it doesn't take split deposits. You guys really have to get your act together. I am not a U.S. Bank customer and was questioning the validity of the letter. (Turns out I did receive a gift card for Christmas from the in-laws, but lost it.) When I called the 1-800 number provided in the letter, they requested that I fax the letter along with my driver's license to verify my identity. I was unsure so I made a trip to this U.S. Bank branch. The tellers were unfamiliar with the letter but were able to escalate the issue to the bank manager who confirmed that it was a real letter. The two women were professional and kind. The bank manager was friendly and professional. He was able to help me fax the necessary information. Two weeks later a new Visa gift card arrived in the mail.
