I should have known better. Last years taxes did not go well. For years before that I have always…read moredone the online review and pro review. It has always been worth the money but something has changed. I had to catch an error that the online pro made. Two years in a row now. I am told that there is a software error and they have to fix it. It went from me getting an 11k refund on state taxes to i owed 525 to now they are telling me i will get a 300 refund. I tried calling the national number to just get my money back because i dont trust them at all anymore to get someone in a call center that hardly spoke english, she refused to transfer me to a supervisor or anyone else for that matter. She first said no supervisors are available, then she said well they're in a meeting, then she told me i would need to call back. i call back and the same person answered the phone! again she refused to transfer me to anyone else to talk to. I have never been so disgusted with a company before. How can a company the size of HR block not have a supervisor covering a shift, or the ability to transfer to another representative. I want my my money back!
