That means if the funds aren't in my account any charge is supposed to be declined. Every other month they turn it back on and overdraw my account and make me beg like a dog to stop penalizing me. Regulation E says they need my signature to turn it back on and that and is federal law but they are breaking the law and stealing from me. Be careful. It's very upsetting to deal with them and the manager is on a total power trip and enjoys my upset and bully's me. I'd change banks but I have it set up with my child's father for easy transfers. At this moment in time pay pal had tried my account for some 2$ charge and I'm 92 dollars overdrawn. It's against federal law regulation D and they are breaking it. Theft!!! Ask any AI. It's completely illegal.

Instead of providing basic customer service, they escalate minor issues and actually called 911 over nothing. Totally unnecessary, and a waste of emergency resources that we as taxpayers are funding. Their attitude is dismissive, their service is inefficient, and they seem more interested in stirring up drama by blatantly LYING than doing their jobs. I've never experienced anything like this at a financial institution. If you're thinking of banking here -- DON'T.
