They have two drive through teller windows and one drive through ATM lane. They have one of the automatic coin counting machines (member use only) that doesn't charge a fee for turning in your coins. One of the best things I like about NC SECU, it's the little things like this that count. Staff was helpful. I visited midday so it wasn't super busy. At this branch I just turned in coins and made a deposit so I can't comment on any other services. No ATM inside so if you're just here to use the machine then head for the drive through.

I even have a case number but that mean nothing to them. I am getting ready to pay off my mortgage next year and close all my accounts with them. Well over a year with no resolution. For those who don't know, the sale of hermit crabs is incredibly inhumane to begin with but these conditions were heartbreaking. These animals are meant to live 30 years in the wild, but they will die within weeks or months in these conditions. Do not support this business or the sale of hermit crabs, they are not as easy to take care of as these stores want you to think. If the treatment of the crabs wasn't enough to turn you off of this store, then at least listen that the merchandise was crappy and the store dirty.

I tell her I want to return 2 shirts then, she tells me store credit. I literally, took 2 steps from counter & that i'm not accepting store credit. She reluctantly gave me a refund & mumbles "next time you should read the signs"... I tell her "next time your signs need to be clear". Never again, will I spend money at a Sunsations! I have a business account with another bank. I got a check from that bank and mobile deposited the…read moresaid check of $2500.00. They put a hold on The check claiming it was fraudulent, which they never called me to tell me. They email my husband 3 days after i deposit it. I personally took the check to the branch in Nags Head. The Associate, Tara, told me she had to verify the check with the other bank and would call me back the next day. And took my number. The next day, no call. I called them and Tara told me she was waiting for me to call her with my information, from my other bank. They want to know how much was in that account and if how much would be after the check. I call the other bank and they told me they needed PNC to call and verify the check. I called Tara and told her she needed to call, gave her the number and which option to choose. Did not hear back from her. I called back and she told me it was still on hold after she talked to my other bank and verify it. She told told me customer service would be calling me. They did. And after asking for the same information needed all my information from my other bank account number and transactions from that account. It would be released. I said no, I would not give it. They spoke to the other bank and it was verified. This was on a Friday afternoon. Day 5 would be a Saturday. They will not release it to my account at pnc til Monday. So as of Monday I will be closing all of my accounts at PNC. That is 7 days after depositing.

He wanted to close his Money Market account, and put funds into the bank that his other accounts are in and the bank is closer to his home. The lady, Cynthia B, that he was assigned to was a hour late for the appointment, held up in road construction, she was very rude, fast talker, I explained everything she said in a slower easier form for him to understand. She dropped the papers for him to sign in front of him, I went over each page with him. She said a check would be mailed to him, this is a pretty big sum of money, I asked can it be sent FedX so there would be tracking, she said, very nasty, it can, there is a $25 fee for it, I said that's perfectly fine. I requested a copy of the paperwork, she stomps to the copier, brings copies back and again drops them on the table in front of him. I'm usually an understanding person when it comes to customer service, it is by far the hardest job, I do believe your employee needs to be more patient, slow down her talking, and thoroughly go over whatever process is taking place with everyone especially older people.

It was a transfer that supposed to be done has taken 2 1/2 days and still not here and they won't give me any straight answers. The people I talk to did not communicate very well were hearing aids and I still have a hard time hearing, and I couldn't grasp overall what they were saying because of the nuances in the speech. I asked to be able to talk to who speaks English as a first language. The person I was talking to I think she thought that I was threatening her position at the bank and refused, she said we all speak English as the first language as the United States not long after that she hung up. I can't help wonder if this is another Wells Fargo it the reviews for this bank in my area of California are not near five stars.. It reminds me of Wells Fargo and how they got into designation of being "toxic Bank culture" until that designation expired two years later.
