It looks like a brand new location in a brand new plaza next to the area where we're going to be possibly moving to, a good chunk of miles N/NE of Houston. It's nice, it's cheap, but it's a hell of a commute. Everyone was friendly, it was expedited, I didn't have anything bad to say, I got the information I needed. It's still not my favourite bank, but it's a good location.

Worst Bank Ever. I…read morehad a small amount of money in my account since around Jan. About 4 months ago, they started charging $12 a month for minimum balance. I was told that they would not have that due to being a senior. I checked at the counter a couple of weeks ago, and the associate told me that he would ask the district manager to wave the charges. I have not been contacted back. I only make a couple of dollars of interest in a year, but these folks have taken $48 out of the account now, and I now have a negative balance. Avoid these people at all costs. Worst bank I have ever dealt with.

Been with them for 6 years and they changed their hours due to pandemic then charged him overdraft fees. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. They try to find ways to over charge for profit. I wish I could give them negative stars.
