If you want your money safe, I would NOT use Wells Fargo. I was scammed for $600 through Zelle, I made a claim they gave me $80 back then 4 days later took the $80 back. I signed it and asked her if my wife needed to sign it too and she said, "I can't tell you what you need to do." So I put the check back in the Plexiglas holder on the counter and she threw the check back at me and told me my wife had to sign it as well. I merely said, "you just told me that you couldn't tell me what to do and now you tell me what to do. Do I need to do this or not." She told me that she couldn't cash it without my wife's signature. I took the check to another bank where they had tellers under 70 who weren't pmsing and got it taken care of with a smile. I hope she didn't just suffer a life altering calamity and she always acts like that.

It looks like a brand new location in a brand new plaza next to the area where we're going to be possibly moving to, a good chunk of miles N/NE of Houston. It's nice, it's cheap, but it's a hell of a commute. Everyone was friendly, it was expedited, I didn't have anything bad to say, I got the information I needed. It's still not my favourite bank, but it's a good location.
