The manager Jeff is wonderful, goes the extra mile especially for us locals. Justin, a teller I believe, is super friendly and chatty and a lovely addition to our little touristy town. Also Gabriel is great and was very helpful and a perfect source of information when we went in to open my teenager's first account. I'm always grateful to go in and see familiar faces. There's rarely a line and as they're not open on weekends, there's usually easy parking either in their lot or on Hwy 1 which runs right past.

I had 10 times the thousands of dollars from the amount the check was in my account to back up the check if it got returned. I ended up closing my account right then and there. They would charge me a monthly $13 fee when I had no direct deposit but I had a 10k CD. Total trash of a bank. Gina DeFack'o ("the manager" who doesn't deserve that position) was so rude, so unprofessional asking me personal questions to why I wanted the funds available. It's MY money, they should honor the customer especially if I've never overdrawn, & I've never misused my account. I started…read moreoff at the drive-thru with transactions questions, waited 20 mins just for her to go on and off video to verify questions with other employees around her. With a frustrated baby I decided to get off. She still didn't know how to help, finally after another 15 mins a near by coworker asked if she need help, took the gentleman seconds to tell her where the information was. This whole interaction should have taken less then 5 mins with an employee that was full trained. She couldn't even find my phone number, when I received text messages from coamerica for fraudulent charges and etc. Fully train your staff, or let them go. I will stay with Bank of America as primary for now on.
