HOW?!…read more This is a review for the Chase branch in Treasure Island, not Chase as a business (my opinions on Chase are quite high though..) itself. Carla is the reason this branch is 5 stars. Carla is my personal banker, she is also one of the most delightful creatures to ever walk the planet. Upon our first meeting Carla dug in to really understand me as a person, not just as another customer. She gave us her personal number to reach out if we had questions. She will occasionally even call me, simply to check-in. I never expected to get such personal attention from a massive bank like Chase. All this to say, don't settle for mediocre personal banking because good people are out there and they will make it 10000000% times better.

She explains things so well and makes the process painless. She gets everything done quickly and efficiently without feeling rushed. I work 9-5 and am not able to go into the office so we emailed and spoke over the phone for the whole process. She is dedicated to giving the best customer service as well as making you feel that choosing Florida Central is a great choice. I am 21 and still trying to understand the ins and outs of loans and warranties and all of that. I am super excited to find a chase location here as I bank with Chase. I have always banked with chase. I have had my business account with them since the 80's long before I even got married. This location is super cute & has a drive thru-ATM which is super convenient. However, it's awkward to drive in this place but it's better than paying for ATM's at Wallgreens. Will Return.

I've had three in person visits to this Chase location first was not good but the other two were good 1. (Negative) Put a hold on a 1k check I tried to cash then deposit b/c I was a new customer. Wouldn't normally be an issue to wait a few days to access the funds but the county was just put under a stay at home order and I still hadn't received my debit card after two weeks of waiting so I had to take it to another bank that didn't want to cash b/c Chase had stamped it. I eventually got it squared away but it was way harder than it should and the young man wasn't friendly at all. 2. (Positive) Went back a day later to deposit the money from above and the drive-thru teller was friendly and fast. Still hadn't received my debit card 3. (Positive) Week 3 or 4 and still no debit card so I returned to the branch. The woman that helped me was very nice. She determined my account had the correct address but my card was sent to St Petersburg and not St Pete Beach. She rush a new one, waived the express fee and I had it in 2 days. The jury is still out but certainly 1000% better than Bank of America up the street

Kind of a dated Bank of America, with typical poor Bank of America hours (9-4, Friday 9-6, closed…read moreweekends). It has a drive through but I've found it's typically quicker to go inside, if you can find a parking spot, since there are only four reserved for bank customers and it's a decent sized building. Inside there's typically a person walking around to hassle you about opening other types of accounts while you wait in line, but the tellers are pleasant. I moved my banking to Chase down the street at the Publix shopping plaza. They're open three more hours per weekday, as well as Saturday, new building, faster, friendlier, don't bother you about up-selling other services constantly. If you do need to find a Bank of America on a Saturday, the closest one to this location that is open Saturday is at 1300 66th St N, St Pete, and they're open 9-1.

They also only have ONE walk up ATM. It took me 30 mins to cash a check today. Sat at the drive thru for 10 mins and no one came so I parked and went inside waited another 20 mins inside w/3 people ahead of me. Opened fairly recently, the…read morelocation has great parking, four lanes of drive through transactions and an inside ATM as well as one outside too! They have implemented Regions' new customer friendly approach, with "assistants" seated behind cubicles who deal with you one on one, no matter what your problem. I was able to replace a lost debit card and reset a pin number on another card right on site in a matter of minutes. The room is spacious, they have an actual greeter to direct you to the next available customer service individual, the customer service people are kind, warm, friendly and very, very helpful. Thank goodness for this branch; otherwise, I'd be tempted to close out my Regions account. A special thank you to Nicole Johnston, with whom I dealt, and who helped me with several other issues as well. A very charming employee who presented the best possible face of the "new" Regions! Kudos, Nicole!
