Don't bank here! I opened one account. Keyla the associate manager opened 3 savings accounts that I didn't ask for.

I don't generally review banks, but I gotta say my experience at this one was definitely not up to expectations. I had to assist my family with some financial stuff and jumped in on their account to service. The agent who assisted me did not confirm my correct name, which sent me down a rabbit hole of challenges because I did not have a physical marriage certificate I could locate. Rather than the resolving the issue that was their fault, they continued to spin the problem on me and advise. They would not be able to assist me with being added to the account until I corrected it. No accountability on their side and added stress and complications. Additionally, they had said they were going to call me back at a specific date that did not happen... And then, when I called for a follow up, they would only let me speak to the specific banker who originally assisted me. They provided false expectations on the deadlines as well. My thoughts are if you are going to visit a Wells Fargo maybe try a different one. read more

Refused to cash my Wells Fargo check cause apparently you can't check the box on the back of check. The check doesn't say that anywhere. This is after they made me come back with my wife because the check had both our names on it. Then says she's going to call the police because I'm upset they don't want to cash their own check. This is why I only bank with credit unions. I hope you go out of business! read more

My account was placed on hold after I failed to submit a document on time, the banker and branch manager didn't offer any help other than to resend the documents. Now me and my wife don't have access to our funds for up to 10 days. I will no longer do business with this company read more

Staff is very polite. Even though I was t a member they notarized. My items for free and even helped count some cash.

Not enough staff or bankers and manager was rude about and seemed stressed. Not impressed.

Definitely a bank location who has come a long way in customer service from 18 years ago. They are almost done remodeling the interior. The drive through is closed sometimes during banking hours and I have no idea why. A few of their employees have been there for over 10 years. I've been a customer of Wells Fargo for 20 years. Lately it seems to be an issue with basic transactions. I had to go inside today to deposit my husbands payroll check. It's the same amount every two weeks. It took the teller forever to even finish the transactions then told me it would be in hold till the next day. Yes some was made available, but seriously ridiculous that they're trying to hold payroll checks they can clearly see come every two weeks for years and years. Then try to push direct deposit. If his employer offered it then that would already be happening. Total frustration. read more

Went in to cash a car from a very large top company. Asked if i had an account to cash stated yes a cc. Then said cant cash due to check not theirs. Check had wells on it, showed the teller desk. then She said oh well its over $5k so cant cash. Said well i was here a few months ago with a $20k check i cashed. Then said oh rules change. Note white guy in front of me just cashed a check over 5k! hmmm. Never go here! read more

So I was out in the greater Phoenix area and stayed out here in SURPRISE! yeah I think its always a Surprise in Surprise haha... but my buddy needed to pick up some cash and deposit a check before we went to the USC vs ASU game. So what were we to do but head over to the bank. Well surprise surprise... Arizona still has drive up tellers... That kicks azz! I miss these in California. None the less they also have an ATM island to conduct your bidness at afterhours or if the drive thru is busy. Pro Tip: Drive thru, walk in, or ATMs who could ask for more? Well we had a quick n easy trip to this branch. Friendly, lots of AC inside I would imagine (we didn't go in), easy to navigate drive through lanes. What more do you need? How about a quick n easy transaction and we were in and out and didn't have to leave the car. Talk about nice and wonderfully easy. Great quickie trip to the bank. I wish that we had the drive through tellers in California still... read more

Waited for a LONG time in the drive through, line wasn't moving. Called inside the branch and spoke to the manager to ask what was going on with the drive through. Also, the ATM was out of order. Had to go inside to do a simple deposit. Only 2 tellers working inside for walk-ins. A customer was monopolizing one teller with multiple issues that should have been passed along to one of the bankers sitting in their office doing nothing to help with the long lines. Horrible. Have been waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes now and still 3 cars back. It's so bad that cars are just leaving. My time is valuable but apparently this branch doesn't think so. How about you staff the drive thru properly to handle your customers needs?!?! read more

Wells Fargo has gone so down hill. You try to call a branch bank and they don't even answer the phone anymore. You go in to do basic banking functions and you need an appointment which usually means next week when you can do it. Their customer service has gone to hell. If i could give 0 stars I would. Literally a line out the door nobody is greeting anyone Im only here for a drop off yet i have to stand in this ridiculous line! Oh and theres only 2 people working? What a terrible bank after have set an appointment to have a paper notarized, they told me they didn't have the appointment in there books and could not do it until the next day. Constant Corruption and terrible customer service and they wonder why they are hanging by a financial thread! read more

You do not want an account here and you definitely don't want a debit card from WF. They do not protect you from fraud if your card number and pin are stolen and swiped somewhere else. They say the pin number use proves it wasn't fraud and I'm not positive the thief even used a pin number as they say the chip was used but the account history says the card was swiped. This happened to my struggling single mom daughter and they refuse to reimburse her. She reported it as soon as she saw the pending charges. They make up whatever they want to keep from protecting you from fraud. read more

Nice branch with helpful employees. They made a mistake on my account which I was charged overdraft fees that I shouldn't have accrued but the problem was fixed within the day. read more

This WellsFargo branch seems to always be friendly and efficient. Having used them to Notarize documents never is a problem. Recently I visited and it was very busy. However, the employees were still very attentive and helpful. read more

I wanted to cash check drawn on wells fargo. I got a ridiculous run around. The employees were: 1 Rude 2. Condescending 3. Uncaring 4. Unprofessional 5. Zero service offered.
