Unfortunately, I was not aware that the lawn had been mowed twice, which led to confusion regarding billing. I paid the first invoice, but I did not realize a second invoice had been generated until later. The biggest issue was communication. Updates were either very limited or non-existent, making it difficult to know what services were being performed, when they were being performed, or why scheduled work was being canceled. Clear and timely communication could have prevented much of the confusion and frustration. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company for customers who expect reliable scheduling and consistent communication.

I was very impressed due to the fact that I'm very OCD when it comes to lawn care on my yard, and Shawn did a great job. Shawn is very good with communication and is a great pleasure to work with. He is willing to do bi-weekly mows, when others would not vary from their weekly service. When October arrived, we were given the impression that TruGreen would take care of it -- yet no action was taken. If an additional service was required to prevent our lawn from turning into 90% dirt and mud, why were we not clearly informed? We trusted TruGreen to improve our lawn and instead we were left with a yard in worse condition than when we started. We paid over $1,200 for what we believed would be comprehensive lawn care. In reality, all that was done was mosquito spraying and some weed prevention. I expected TruGreen to help keep our lawn healthy and green, but now there's no lawn at all. This experience has been deeply frustrating, and we will not use TruGreen again.

I received an email from the owner saying that they were leaving town for a week of vacation and wanted a check for the full amount quoted to me. She said her associate would pick up the check and finish the job when they returned from their trip. I said that I didn't want to pay in advance because I had done that before and it didn't end well. She told me that they were trustworthy and promised to finish the job. Against my better judgement, I gave them a check. As you have probably guessed, I have never seen them again. When I contacted them again to ask about completion of the job, this time she said they were leaving town because of an emergency. This started in April, it is now August. I wanted landscaping. I have mulch. I have been cheated by these women! If you employ them, don't be surprised if they do this to you.
