If an additional service was required to prevent our lawn from turning into 90% dirt and mud, why were we not clearly informed? We trusted TruGreen to improve our lawn and instead we were left with a yard in worse condition than when we started. We paid over $1,200 for what we believed would be comprehensive lawn care. In reality, all that was done was mosquito spraying and some weed prevention. I expected TruGreen to help keep our lawn healthy and green, but now there's no lawn at all. This experience has been deeply frustrating, and we will not use TruGreen again.

I pointed out issues along the way and was assured that they would get fixed. even after they were done and I pointed out issues I had, they said they would come back to address them -- but of course didn't. I can't say I'd recommend them for grading or sod laying... if you need something simple, they might do a fine job.
