I'll start with the pros, which is the front desk women in the immediate care area were very helpful and kind. They were patient and willing to answer any questions you had. The cons are, the medical assistant and nurse practitioner I had, rushed the entire process and again, I understand there's a time limit per patient, but coming into the room to talk AT a patient vs hearing their concerns felt dismissive. The medical assistant told me that they could only address one thing at time and I'd have to walk in a different time to address my other concerns, again not comprehensive care which every patient has a right to. NP Mastora Ali, rushed the process by asking what was going on and proceeded to talk over me rather than listening to my full concerns. It felt like I was being talked at instead of being heard. After our brief interaction, they left without giving me a chance to ask questions or fully explain what I was experiencing. I understand this is a busy clinic and possibly understaffed. The fact still remains that patients come in not feeling well, often vulnerable and anxious, and how we're treated matters. It felt like there was a lack of empathy. It's not just about getting a diagnosis, it's about treating patients like human beings who deserve to be heard. I truly believe staff there could benefit from trauma informed care and patient communication. Being effecient doesn't mean being cold and treating people like how I was. I come to leave a review after my my mother who came in today told me of her experience. It's really disappointing to hear how a provider treats their patients especially when there's a language barrier . My mother who has limited English skills struggled to explain to the provider DR. Pooja Aggarwal . Her rude behavior is not acceptable especially my mother who came seeking help for her unbearable headache she was experiencing. She explained how the doctor off the bat was really rude especially after my mother who couldn't explain in English. From there the provider continued to be rude even leaving the room cutting off and leaving the interpreter on the iPad hanging. It's so sad that some medical facilities/companies don't really actually care for those that need the care the most; the children, veterans and the elderly. The receptionist at the immediate care area was really kid and helpful. We were just visiting and needed an appointment for my daughter that got sick while we were traveling. We came the day after Christmas in the morning and were in and out in 30 minutes. Very quick and professional. When I had an issue with my prescription being received to the pharmacy and they made sure to run it through and even called to make sure the pharmacy received it so I wasn't driving around more than I already did that day. I'm extremely appreciative and grateful for their help! read more

I went to the Sunrise office in Citrus Heights on June 5, 2025 as a walk in. They hardly had anyone in for appointments. Their lunch is from 12 -1, no one had been in from 10 :15 on at 11 they told us they were closing for lunch for an hour. At 12 a an came in they told him their lunch wad from 12 - 1. The place had been empty for 45 minutes prior to them closing an hour early for lunch. No reason the could not see me. Very unprofessional practice. I would not recommend this location for walk ins. The fact they lied and closed early and didn't see us in the 45 minutes prior to thar speaks volumes to their unethical practice. I'm not sure if that's standard behavior of all Well Space offices or just the Sunrise one in Citrus Heights.​ read more

Horrible care. For people who have Medicare and Medi-Cal, this is your only option to get medical care. The Placer County Medi-Cal has been taken over by Partership in Health. A hastily pulled together system with too few primary care doctors is a mess. Appointments made WEEKS in advance are canceled at the last minute. CANNOT SPEAK DIRECTLY TO A DOCTOR, but must call the switchboard and request an email is sent to your doctor requesting a medication or an office visit. Run poorly. No thought was put into this, was thrown together at the last minute. I am searching for a phone number to call corporate or someone in charge to voice my concerns. I am 71 years old. For urgent care quick fixes, this place is great. I had an toe injury, was prescribed antibiotics and they referred me to get an X-ray somewhere else (NO X-RAY MACHINE HERE) the wait was only about an hour, I got there at 830. I recommend going early to avoid wait times. Staff and Doctor were friendly and informative. The doctor made sure I understood the treatment plan and what to do in case of emergency. Despite the negative reviews, I recommend. (Not that we have a lot of choice given Medicare coverage) read more

Honestly the service is below zero, no accommodation, no standard or ethical codes observed. Workers try to get you out of there space by making false claims. Like today itself, at 11:00 AM they said they are close for two hours and after there's no guarantee whether we would be able to see a pediatrician. I don't recommend Dr vorca to any patient anywhere. i'm not sure if I'm spelling her name right but she is a well-placed doctor on Marconi Avenue in Sacramento California. She gives well space a bad name. She does unprofessional things to wear the young people there laugh about it because it is coming from a higher up, Doctor, but she's not good at all. there are good doctors in well space but this rating is for that Pacific doctor Dr. V orca. I went there on a couple of occasions I went there to see a OB/GYN and upon leaving there I was like good. We got them fairly quickly so I can go to the ER because I've been having really bad chest pains you know for the last couple of days and she informed me that they do EKG there in the office, so she told me to go out, go to the window and let them know that I'm having chest pain so they could immediately take me in and do the EKG just in case I was having a mild heart attack or something which I did. The young lady that I was speaking with first of all she did not understand English at all. I kept telling her I'm having really bad chest pains, and I was told that I can get an EKG here and she was like what what and I kept saying it, and she still did not understand, so someone else hurt me saying it so they came to the window and they took me back. They took me to the room. They came in took my name and and they said the doctor would be right in the doctor. I want to say at least 15 minutes before she came in, and when she finally came in, she looked at me because I was a previous patient of hers at another office and she looked at me and she's rubbing her hands together like she put hand sanitizer something on them and she's like oh how are you doing? How have you been and I'm looking at her and I said apparently I'm not good. I am here. I'm having chest pains. She said oh you look like you've gained some weight and I looked at her. I said you do EKG here right I said they told me you do EKG here she's like yeah we do EKG. I said well that's what I'm here for. I said I'm having really bad chest pains can you please go and get the machine she said oh OK. She went out I waited in that room for another 10 minutes waiting for her to come back and I heard the girls out there laughing and talking about me and so what I did I got up. I left out of the room my new she was nowhere inside. The doctor was nowhere in sight when I came out of that room, I walked towards the door to leave from the back of the office. There is another young lady. She was trying to get in front of me in my face and she was like oh you're leaving oh you're leaving I didn't say anything to anyone she said to me, she said oh so ghetto so ghetto in mind you yes she was a white girl, I went to the waiting room. I sit down because I was so frustrated and my chest was beginning to hurt even more. I tried to calm myself down as much as I could. I called my Medical to make a report to found agreements against her the young lady that I spoke with she said we have time for this she said, call 911 right now to come and get you. I went outside and I sit there and I waited for the ambulance and the firetruck to come and get me from that office. This is how horrible Dr. V orca is well space did not do anything about it. They did absolutely nothing. She is still working there, she does not care about the patient at all so if you go there and you deal with her, do it at your own risk. Wellspace is ALWAYS behind schedule. You have an appointment and you're there an hour past. The care isn't great. Very short words. No smiling other than with each-other in the hallways when speaking loudly you can hear in your room. They lie. I had an appointment for 930am and I showed up early because the lines are so long and when called to the desk I was told "your dr. Isn't in today. They said they left a message this morning letting you know to reschedule." First of all, shouldn't be my job to reschedule an appointment that was canceled by them. And second, the ONLY message I had received was at 730am stating that it was a reminder of my 930am appointment. On top of that I saw my Dr. Walking out of the building as I was sitting in my car on hold rescheduling my appointment. read more
