The ER…read moreis staffed with Doctors that obviously do not care about solving problems they just throw all kinds of lab work and diagnostic tests and hope something sticks. They have NO clinical or critical thinking skills. And they plop very ill patients in the waiting room for HOURS so they don't have to turnover a room. Lazy. HIPPA and Patients Bill of Rights totally violated. There's so much but here's the highlights: 8/14/2026 I was there for chest pressure & pain, coughing and a large hiatal hernia that rendered my stomach almost completely in my chest pressing against my heart and lungs. Also putting pressure on my great vessels (aorta/ IVC). The doctor ignored an abnormal ECG and lab work that was grossly abnormal. They didn't consider me an "emergency". My family was mortified and felt helpless. Drs. Fraley and Sandlin were horrible. They were patronizing and told me:"It's JUST a hernia." My primary care said: "Yeah, they really need to improve." ALSO, Fraley put down that I left after getting pain meds. Insinuating that I was a drug seeker to cover her ass. I was 30 years on the clinical floor. I'm not the one to mess with. DO NOT GO TO GETTYSBURG HOSPITAL!!

My grandmother was there…read morefirst she became a LT resident she thrived there, the last 3 years of her life she was happy, they would keep her involved in the activities and she loved joking and playing tricks on the nurses & staff and joking with them. My mother had several stays, for rehab and for Respite, she loved it there and her last stay there when she was discharged from the hospital she requested to go back because she knew there was nothing more that could be done for her and she said that the staff were like family to her and wanted to go there, the CNA's all the staff went to above and beyond to make her comfortable the last days of her life they were so supportive as she passed. Lastly my brother was also a rehab patient and the staff worked endlessly with him to rehab him although his Cancer decided to take over. But while he was there everyone treated him with dignity and respect during his stay. Remember all Healthcare facilities & hospitals have their issues just like any business. I find if you have an issue or concern, they cannot fix it if you do not let them aware. I recommend them 1000%.

Some of the nursing staff was extremely confrontational and the therapy department was a complete waste of space . Find another facility . Trust me on this one . Went to this Urgent Care for stitches in my hand. The staff were friendly enough, I dont really…read morehave any complaints about the professionalism. But the Dr. came in the room and put 3 stitches in my hand to close my wound. Like I said, even he was kind. But the work is pretty bad. The stitches were very loose, and poorly secured. Within 2 or 3 days the knots were coming undone and the wound had reopened even with the stitches still there and "tied". I now have a deep crevice in my hand that I have to wait weeks for it to fully heal from the inside out, all because the kind Dr. in there cant stitch and tie a functioning knot correctly. was told to come back in 14 days to have stitches removed, but now 12 days later and 2 of the 3 have fallen out on their own because the knots finally came completely undone so I just pulled them out, since a piece of string threaded through my hand isnt doing anything.
