Was too busy and in a hurry about leaving at noon and then saying she needs to see me again within the week when her nurse said she has told her multiple times that her schedule is booked out for the month so to say less, I would not recommend this doctor

He reported I had high cholesterol scores which could lead to stroke heart attack, and he then proceeded to go over the 30 other blood test results and when I wanted to go back to the one that he flagged as a problem high cholesterol and he said oh, he already told me the score. Very dismissive. I tried writing down the scores he told me don't bother he would give me the sheet. He asked why I wasn't coming every six months and I said I wasn't aware there was a problem. I asked to see last year's score and they couldn't do that due to a computer glitch. He seemed annoyed that I wanted to ask questions I told him I didn't appreciate that and then he stated it seemed we're having problems communicating. At that point I just said we've always had this problem and then he just got up left room and terminated me as a patient. When I first started seeing him his niece would come into write notes on each visit. I recommend he go back to that.

Melissa, his assistant is a no-nonsense professional who somehow manages the busy phone lines and hectic flow of seniors in and out of the waiting room. One thing I'll never forget is calling his office on a Sunday to leave a message about needing a Rx. He answered the phone and I was able to get antibiotics on a Sunday without going to a pharmacy clinic.

I'm left with permanent scars on my chest from the IPL being too strong. It's been over a month and Noone has responded to my emails. I felt like I wasted my money , time, all the pain and downtime for nothing. Update..Noone has reached out with even an apology or refund offer. Was trying to get in with Dr. Green as my primary referred me, but I'll gladly take my insurance and money elsewhere where I can actually get in and they actually have staff to schedule appointments.
