I was met by a tall guy named Bob or Robert (Radiologist I believe) that was nothing short of exceptional with his greeting ability and bedside manner in telling me what to do and how to get ready for the MRI. Then I met two fantastic MRI technologists, one by name of Amanda, who were both highly customer service oriented in talk and in action/procedures they took. I actually enjoyed getting my MRI that morning and I am so very glad I ran into/walked into those employee lives that morning to be taken care of by them.
