I have even had evening appointments! The office staff is courteous. Radiology reports are efficient and complete. I have had many scans done here, including MRI, CT Scan with and without contrast, and ultrasound. I trust them, and their prices are less than every other imaging lab in the area. If Wellstar orders a test, I immediately call AHI to compare, and the savings at AHI have been significant. If you get orders for a test, you have choices to shop around! I have every reason to go to AHI, and will continue to in the future. (A side note about insurance. We have had Cigna for a few years, and our experience has been less than satisfying, constantly denying and rejecting claims, forcing me to look for cost savings where I can, and also forcing me to out off vital healthcare simply due to their unwillingness to cover me when I needed them. I learned it is a hard and fast rule with Cigna to reject all claims initially, and this has been the case, unless you need a basic ultrasound. The reason I found AHI years ago was because I had BCBS (Blue Cross) health insurance, and they were the ones to call me and send me here! I wish I still had Blue Cross--they always answered the phone and wanted to help me--they had the best customer service and very good coverage back then!)

Their billing department was unable to make any change. They had submitted my concern previously and were told that the billing was correct. You can also go back if you don't like the photos you got and it's $25. Not too bad. The location is a bit tricky to find but it's clean, a bit untraditional in the floor plan, but not confusing at all. I expected a front desk of sorts- it was more of a side desk lol If I had to do it again, I would. The pricing isn't terrible, a bit high for 10 minutes but I guess they have to make money somehow. Just don't expect much friendliness and you'll be fine.
