I was met by a tall guy named Bob or Robert (Radiologist I believe) that was nothing short of exceptional with his greeting ability and bedside manner in telling me what to do and how to get ready for the MRI. Then I met two fantastic MRI technologists, one by name of Amanda, who were both highly customer service oriented in talk and in action/procedures they took. I actually enjoyed getting my MRI that morning and I am so very glad I ran into/walked into those employee lives that morning to be taken care of by them. I have called the office and they originally said they were going to take care of it and not to worry, but they didn't and now they're threatening to take me to collections over a $30 copay I paid back in august. I have tried calling and leaving voicemails for quantum but no one has returned my calls.
