I wish that my insurance would cover the mini massage and I thought that it did, but it only covers massage that is administered by the doctor. So you need to check what your insurance covers if you don't want to pay out of pocket for the mini massage. I have also had acupuncture and I was a skeptic at first, but I was having some serious muscle issues and it really helped me improve. I highly recommend this group to anyone looking for a chiropractor. I did experience some of the billing issues that others described and got one bill 6 months after treatment. It seems these things have been corrected and every business has some issues, but the quality of the treatment keeps me coming back.

The last "alignment" move he did in the session was very painful and at a minimum I have a badly bruised rib (it could be cracked or out of line). I called Dr. Moran the next day and although he said he was "sorry," the only thing he could offer was for me to come back in and have a massage therapist see if they could help. It was pretty clear to me that would be at my expense. I fully realize there are risks when going to any practice like this. Dr. Rulli does a great job and doesn't have you continue methods that don't work well; I'm going for headaches, and after doing both adjustments and acupuncture (Which costs more), Dr. Rulli quickly told me that he didn't feel the acupuncture helped nearly as much as my spinal adjustments, and encouraged me to stick with just the adjustments. Given I was game to be a pin cushion--that's how bad the headaches are--I was surprised. As for the headaches, the adjustments are a BIG help! They aren't a cure, of course, but they provide relief without medication. Until the underlying cause is uncovered, I'm in the dark, but thanks to Dr. Rulli, I'm able to get relief.
