They were prompt, accurate, pprofessional and offered great prices in comparison to other quotes we received from window replacement companies in the Wenatchee Valley. The window is high quality and took a very short time from being ordered to being installed. it took since mid May to mid September for my window to be installed. I should have looked for another window company when after 2-3 calls they finally came out to measure, then crickets.....all summer. When I contacted them after 5 calls again they gave me excuses of new ownership, employees out etc.....then within about 3 weeks we were set up to get our window....$750 and after repeated requests for a invoice they say that's the price.....they don't take credit cards. We now have a kitchen window ( 2x3 ). I think you should look for another window installer. read more

Please use someone more ethical. You'll be lucky to get a real quote, then be over charged for minimal hours of work. And watch out, his hourly rate is per worker... If he sends out 3 guys to do a job it will be 3x what he quotes you. Adds up quick. read more

Like a previous reviewer, they must be happy with what they have. I called about a Mirage screen system. Michael in the office was friendly enough but I had to call back twice. I was finally punted to the sales rep Chris, who didn't call to set up an appointment. After a call and an email, it was an "oh, sorry, my bad, ha ha, call me next week at XXXX to set up an appointment." Really? Are you f-ing kidding me? I'm going to chase you people down for another three weeks the God knows how long to get the product installed? ? I chased them down alright - to Casper, where I saved $600 on a comparable screen with excellent customer service and will install myself. read more
