When my best friend found out we were thinking about new blinds he insisted we contact Shady Lady. I'm so glad he did because we had a wonderful experience from the first call to final installation. Annette was very patient and made sure all of our questions were answered. She showed us many different styles and colors until we found the ideal blinds. She also made very helpful suggestions, like installing a blackout blind on a single window behind our couch to avoid sun glare on our TV screen. Annette was incredibly thorough with her window measurements, so all 22 blinds fit absolutely perfectly. Her attention to detail is second to none. She even spotted a very minor defect on one of our blinds (I couldn't even see it) and insisted the vendor send a replacement at no charge!
