So, I'm out $35 for shipping to me, I'm out another $35 for shipping it back to them, and I'm out another $20 for the background check, a total of $90 not counting the driving back and forth to the FFL dealer and mailing business, and I have NOTHING to show for it. I won't be making any more purchases from them, ever. There are other manufacturers like Kidd and Tandemkross that I will buy from.

Over the 6 years that I've owned a Volquartsen, there have been maybe 3 occasions where I needed to send them a pistol for repair. Considering how many rounds these pistols have sent down range, I have no problem with having to do this once in a while. Each time I needed them to diagnose and repair one of their pistols, they handled it quickly, and went way above and beyond with their service.

The 2 employees there (I didn't get their name) made me feel very comfortable. We watched a 10 min safety/intro video since we haven't shot there before.
