When people have asked "How was your wedding?" My answer has been, "More beautiful than I could…read morehave ever imagined!" and that's thanks to Wendy and the Phineas Wright House. Seriously. If you're considering an event here, book it now and you won't be disappointed. First off, the property is stunning. The house has beautiful rooms to get ready in with great light; the facade of the house makes for beautiful photos; the barn is iconic and warm; the gardens were stunning in full bloom; there are fences and paths through the woods galore. We had our ceremony at the top of a hill overlooking a scenic New England field and pond. The reception was in a beautiful field under a big tree for shade. And for those worried about unsteady grandparents, there were easy ways to help them get around. Everything was beautiful, a real classic New England farm. Then, the decorations! Every small detail was perfect. All of the flowers were fresh from Wendy's garden and the arrangements were PERFECT. The signage and table settings were gorgeous and involved freshly stripped bark with calligraphied names of all of our guests. There were blankets on the back of all of the chairs for when it got chillier at night! Seriously, Wendy thought of everything. And last, but certainly not least, Wendy! You couldn't ask for a better planner, friend, and kind soul. She has been a wedding planner for decades and now she and her husband run the Phineas Wright House. I didn't stress once on the day of the wedding because I knew Wendy had it all under control. From the moment my husband and I started planning the wedding, she was alongside us supporting and cheering us on. I would often say "I'm so grateful for Wendy!" We had started our wedding planning with Wendy when we were going to have a 100 person wedding elsewhere, and by the end we had a 12 person, socially distanced wedding at her home, and honestly it was absolutely perfect. I still dream of the Phineas Wright House and our magical wedding day. I wish you the same joy!

We wanted the ability to be super present and not worry at all on the day of our wedding that every detail we had carefully planned was brought to life. Our coordinator Michele was extremely helpful keeping us moving forward with a detailed list of items to organize that we filled in over several months. She and Sarah were always available by email for questions, and when the day came, Michele was a rockstar. We had to make a difficult decision to move our wedding inside and she very professionally and empathetically guided me to make the right call. She was there to attend to every single need of ours from setting up the venue the way we wanted it to herding cats for family photos to ensuring I had water and snacks and food throughout the night. I has several guests tell me how effortless the night looked from a logistics standpoint and I cannot stress enough that was because of all the hard work that was happening behind the scenes. Michele's execution of our day was absolutely flawless and the peace of mind we got from having her was invaluable. 20/10 would recommend to a friend.

We had a short window to plan the event and Myriam was on top of EVERYTHING; she left no detail unattended. I was worried about everything because my siblings and I were planning this party from sunny California and the party was in Massachusetts. Myriam did an amazing job at putting my mind at ease. From her amazing recommendations of vendor choices to her innate abilities to capture the theme we were going for; her service is bar none. Myriam's business acumen is superb. Her patience and communication style made the three of feel like she wanted this party to be as big of a hit as we did. We hosted almost 90 people and Myriam had everything under control. From making sure the food arrived on time and working with outside caterers, wait staff, and entertainment; it was all taken care of. She even made sure we got all the family pictures we wanted, which proved to be the most valuable takeaway. Myriam has the expertise that you want when planning an event of any significance. I almost forgot to mention how much of a sweetheart she is! The thoughtful things she did (probably too much to go into here) made me truly happy that I hired her. Ever since we signed on with M&M, we tell every couple we know that the FIRST THING they should do…read moreif they get engaged is hire a wedding planner (more specifically, our wedding planner). A number of amenities were made affordable, and therefore feasible, because we hired M&M. The rates we received from vendors, with Myriam as our representative, were far more favorable then the ones we sussed out before hiring her. Not only were the prices great, but the service was also exceptional. Her professionalism and reputation spurred vendors to do an excellent job so that she would one day advocate for them, too. Before we hired Myriam, we had very little idea of how much we should expect to spend, and as a result, we were hesitant to make any firm commitments. We had been engaged a year and a half when we met Myriam, and had decided upon absolutely nothing. I am especially thankful for Myriam's patience with us as we got used to synthesizing and articulating the details of our dream wedding. Wedding planners have to be gifted arbitrators, since the traditions, wishes, and opinions of two people (and by extension, two families) have to be weighed equally, and ultimately reconciled into something unique, memorable, and beautiful. In the days leading up to the wedding, my bridesmaids frequently commented (with no small amount of surprise and relief) about how relaxed I was going into the big day. I think that's because I had entrusted my wedding to the right person.

Wedding day came and everything was perfect. From the ceremony, to cocktail hour, to the reception the team worked hard to make sure everything flowed so perfectly. They kept the energy high without missing a beat. Our dance floor was filled the entire night. They say people always remember 2 things at a wedding, the food, and the music. I can say with my whole heart that choosing ATOC was the best decision. Thanks to Dave our videographer, we are able to relive our special day over and over for years to come. They set up and handled all the music for the ceremony. It went perfectly. The groom was wired so everyone could hear them and they transitioned the music masterfully. Then they brought soft music to the outside cocktail hour and next was the reception. Ken got everyone on their feet!!! He didn't stop moving and was running around the whole place inside and out getting all the guests involved. We asked for fun and that is what we got. There were engaging, different games, line dances (that he taught all of us) and great music. Everyone danced the night away!!! Professional service, reasonable pricing, and incredible talent!!! We hired Perfectly Coordinated for our wedding in Sterling, MA in late July. We got in touch with…read morePatty a little late in the game. We were interested in her month-of planning package, which she states on her website as being a 6 week process. We were only 5 weeks out when we hired her. We had a consultation with her maybe 2 hours after we reached out via email, and we met her in person for a knowledge exchange 2 days later. From then on, all of the panic, and stress, and frantic worries quickly began to dissipate. Patty was on top of everything! She handled all of the coordination with all of our vendors on the day of the wedding, and she facilitated our rehearsal. She was thoroughly confirming everything with us, and she thought of a lot of really important things that we hadn't considered. We even had some trouble with one of our vendors, and Patty took charge in determining a Plan B for us in case that vendor didn't come through for us. Patty had detailed timelines for everyone involved in the wedding, so everyone knew exactly where to be and when. When it came to the actual wedding day, my wife and I were able to completely relax and enjoy the day. Patty was at the venue, making sure that everything was being setup as per our vision, and making sure vendors were arriving on time. Patty took the time to really get to know us as a couple, and what we wanted to see on our wedding day. She was so easy to work with, and you can tell she's one of those people who has really found her calling, and is doing exactly what she loves to do. I can't stress enough how wonderful Patty was, and how our stress level did a complete 180 from the day before we met Patty, to our wedding day. Though my wife and I made all of the decisions, Patty is really the one who made the day happen successfully.

Hiring Patty was one of the best decisions I made when it came to planning my wedding (8/4/18). At…read morefirst, I was unsure if I would even need a wedding coordinator - I felt like I had a pretty good handle on planning, and I tend to be very organized and detail-oriented. However, having Patty step in for the last 6 weeks before the wedding was a lifesaver. My fiance and I got married at an old estate house, which meant we brought in all the vendors ourselves. It was a lot to coordinate, and Patty did an excellent job communicating with all our vendors and with our wedding venue in order to make sure that everything was all set for our wedding day. As the wedding got closer, Patty was in frequent contact about all the last-minute details that would have never crossed my mind. She ran a great rehearsal the night before the wedding, and day-of she was in complete command (from helping set out all decorations, to putting the covering on our chuppah, to her husband/assistant wiping down all our chairs since they'd been covered with rain that morning). Patty was extremely easy to work with - she always responded promptly to any questions or concerns I had, and she really seemed to take into account what my fiance and I wanted (and not just what would be easiest for her). Even if you think you can do it all yourself, it really makes the day so much more enjoyable when you know that someone else has things under control. I highly recommend booking Patty!
