The manager needs to go. The customer service is terrible. She is rude. The way she talks to you over the speaker in the drive thru is rude and she doesn't greet you or say anything. The fries are never hot, the buns are often stale. When receiving your food, she pushes it through the window and says NOTHING! Not a thank you, have a nice day literally NO WORDS. Pulled up today and said I placed a mobile order and she laughed before I could even say the name it was under she cut me off and asked the name before I could finish. The last time, she said "yeah what do you want". This Wendy's is TRASH! Do yourself a favor and skip this one and drive to the one on W Williams street near the Harris Teeter! I give them time after time to get it right because I live so close but they NEVER EVER EVER get the order right, the staff is so rude, the food is cold and they are slow as hell! You may get lucky every now and again but I just said, never again. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, ADD cheese and onions. She repeated the order to me wrong, I said no ma'am, and repeated myself. I got home and open my sandwich and they gave me a cold regular chicken patty on a plain bun. That was the straw! After reading the reviews on yelp, I'm not sure why this particular Wendy's location has received such low ratings, we had exceptional customer service from Robert right from the beginning. It was very pleasant and also he basically offered to customize a current burger that I wanted that they no longer offered! What...wait...this isn't the other restaurant...you know the slogan "have it your way"... this is Wendy's with the best French fries!! Burgers are square and its ..."hip" to be square at least at Wendy's!! Great food, served fresh, fast and friendly by employees. We are glad this location is close to home because we love Wendy's!! This Wendy's is as not updated as the ones you see that are newer however, they do keep it clean which is important when dining. The BIG RED SIGN says open for dine in, carry out or drive thru...but the door is locked. Tried to do app for curbside and it says do drive thru. So went drive thru and had them scan to use rewards. They scanned 3 times and it took my points, but total stayed the same?? While in drive thru line we saw at least 10 people try to go in. Take the false advertising sign down!!! Why is there not an option for a negative 0!? Just left the drive-thru. First, could not understand not one word the manager was saying but I am the one with the issue that she did not get the order correct. Secondly, she sells me two chocolate "frostys" which in actuality is chocolate milk because the freakin machine was BROKEN. How do I know? I wouldn't take free food from this location and give it to an orphanage. They wouldn't eat it. The buns could knock someone out hit in the right place. The "burgers" were cold and hard too mashed together like a fat man sat on them hours ago. Why hours ago? Because their not warm. I'd feel bad giving this to my dog as a treat. This must be the worst run Wendy's ever. On more than one occasion I was told they were not taking orders because of computer problems. Drive through orders take forever, once you reach the speaker you have to wait to place your order, then wait for pick-up. Orders are not always right and must be checked. Usually the fries are soggy and cold. The Frosty machine is hit or miss. They have not honored Wendy's on line Offers. Just went through drive through at this Wendy's. It's located in my neighborhood so stoped there on my way home from work. There were maybe 3 or 4 cars in parking lot. They weren't busy. There were 2 cars in front of me in drive through. I sat in drive through waiting to place my order for over 10 minutes. The man in car behind me parked his car in the drive through and went inside. I presume to complain about the outrageous time we were in the drive through. 4 cars in the drive through, got tired of waiting and decided to leave. I formerly worked for a company for many years right near this Wendy's. It was the fastest fast food restaraunt I had ever been to at the time. The food was hot and fresh (I hope), tasted good to say the least. Seating is gobled up by tradesman and high school students before you can blink twice. Great place for a poor man/woman. read more

This is the best experience I've ever had in a drive through. They had a line of 15 cars that moved quickly, yet we were still asked key questions and they LISTENED to our answers! We come to this Wendy's two or three times a week for lunch. It is very close to where I work, so the location is great. The drive through is fast and efficient. You do not have to wait very long. I wish they could apply the same efficiency to the line inside. Almost every time I have gone to the inside line I wait on average about 25 minutes. This is on top of the time I spent driving there, about ten minutes. So almost half of my lunch break is spent in a line. It has been so bad at times that I have gotten out of line and went to the drive through and received good faster than those still in line. Nothing against the employees as they are performing the work according to the procedures. Perhaps instead of one person taking the orders and then having to fill them, have the cashier take the orders and someone else fill them. I think management needs to review the process and make some changes to procedure. No one wants to spend a majority of their lunch break in a line. I won't be eating inside this establishment anymore. It's faster to get your food at the drive through and eat it somewhere else. read more

Stopped at this Wendy's for a bathroom break while on a road trip from California. We were told we could not come in because they were not open yet, all the while the 20-something young man was stuffing his face with a burger. The door was open, and he still insisted they were closed. When asking to simply use the restroom, he was very rude and would not allow us to.
