Called McDonald's mobile assist number and all they would do was reimburse for sauces, which are free, and reimburse only for sandwich which they clearly stated was part of a meal but only willing to reimburse for sandwich. Very disappointing for an establishment to basically leave out a meal and yes, you need sauces for those dry ass nuggets. Never going to another McDonald's. Haven't been in months and not missing anything by not going back again.

I tell her I was there to pick it up and was told there is no order. The employee tells me I gave them a different name. Not true - as I placed the order and paid for the order, under my name. The same exact name I gave when I attempted to pick up my order. Call KFC corporate again. Another gigantic waste of time. Over 24 hours later and still no refund. In fact nobody at corporate has called or emailed. KFC clearly doesn't place any value on customer retention. I go to the store today and speak with the manager. He tells me it will be a couple days before I get my refund. Nice.. Now KFC is borrowing my money - interest free - and wasting my time. On the off chance that someone with KFC stumbles upon this: PAY ATTENTION. This is how you lose customers forever. Every aspect of this attempt to purchase food has been a miserable cluster****. I'm not sure your team's performance could have been worse. It isn't just the Bridgeton store. KFC corporate made a bad experience worse - almost as though they take it as a personal challenge to outdo the lousy customer service provided by some employee who has zero customer service skills. But recently, these locations (not all because the Salem location has a different owner and they still do the deal) have started making it so you can only order it once per transaction and can not combine it with any other deals. Ok so my gripe with that is I'm usually ordering for 4 and Wendy's their biggest competitor doesn't treat their customers like that. So from now on it's Wendy's for me when I need a cheap meal for 4.
