Very disappointing for a Wendy's. First customer service. "What do you want!" No smiles from any staff. Saw at least 6 people have different issues with their orders. My fist issu was my large fry, did not fill even to the middle of container when I said something, she grabbed it and said to someone else, she wants more. Then my second fry was not in bag. My chicken nuggets that was suposed to be 10 was two four count. Then my husbands Big bacon clasic #7, did not have bacon on it paid 26 to wait 15 min for this much of a hassle. When I went in to get my two nuggets, she looked at me and said, "now what" I said what now is I inly git 8 of my 10 piece. She goes and get it loke its my fault they cant coynt. Do better. My wife and I stopped here for lunch today while traveling. We were looking for a KFC or decent chicken spot but had no luck. So we whipped in here. The waitress was the least friendliest waitress I've seen in a long time. I asked her if they had Chicken thighs or breasts (Bone in). We'd never been to a Wendy's looking for chicken, so I didn't know. I did see that they had tenders. She said no, they didn't and didn't say really what my options were...just stared out toward the front lobby. I was waiting for her to at least explain what choices I had. It was like pulling teeth or she didn't understand English. I had a hard enought trying to understand what she was saying. I finally orered three chicken wings with a sauce. My wife asked if they had the Caesar salad and she wanted chicken in it. I think she asked if they had nuggets or something to go on the salad. She said she could get chicken tenders. Right about that time one of the cooks was getting the caesar salad ready and looked at my wife and said "It comes with grilled chicken in it". So my wife said "I'll just take that then". They brought out my nuggets and my wife's salad with grilled chicken. She could hardly eat the chicken due to it's consistency. My tenders were hot and okay. I looked at our bill and it was $21.46 and I see they've charged her for two chicken tenders, which we didn't order and they didn't give us. My wife went up to check on it and they said they were brining out two tenders for her. Finally they came out with the tenders after another five minutes. She really didn't like the salad. Lettuce was limp and not crispy at all. She ate one of the tenders and we left. Worst Wendy's I've ever been to and probably the last I go to. No thanks to hostess LaShawn. read more

So. Wendy's. Yk for what it's worth this wasn't a bad experience. The food was good. Like nothing to complain there. The fries were crispy. So were the chicken nuggets. The chocolate frosty was good. However my friends frosty was like not full when he received it. The service was a bit slow but not awful. The atmosphere was a typical Wendy's atmosphere at 9:00 pm. So yeah. Like it was okay but rlly, could have been a little better. Left me feeling a little empty. read more

Walked in about 4:40 pm on Wednesday, April 16. The parking lot had only one car in it and the restaurant itself was empty. A screaming match was happening between who I believe to be manager on duty and an employee about the employee being late more than once. The manager glanced over at us when we were standing at the counter, yet the yelling continued. I tried to mention something to the young woman standing at the register, but she couldn't hear me. She seems unconcerned by this which tells me this is probably a common occurrence. It was so loud that it was hard to hear the person I was standing right next to. After a couple of minutes of trying to figure out the order for the four of us, the argument did not appear to be subsiding so we decided to leave. We don't need to listen to that when we're just trying to have a meal before getting on the road again to finish our very long day of driving. Very poor experience and we will remember that next time we are driving through the area. read more

My kids wanted Wendy's - I wanted Arby's. We stopped at both in Clinton, South Carolina, while traveling east on Interstate 26. The $5.00 Biggie Bag contained a bacon double stacked burger, 4 piece nuggets, small fries and a small Coke. A separate kids meal (at $3.29) contained a kids hamburger, kids fries, junior vanilla Frosty, and a kids toy. Food was decent, but they forgot the condiments. The chicken nuggets would have tasted better with some sweet and sour sauce - the fries could have used some Ketchup. For that, you lose one star. Service was fast - server was friendly and polite. Im usually a patient and understanding customer, but this is the first time employees have genuinely pissed me off. I've been here 2 times with both ending in food getting cold, long waiting times, and undercooked fries. The first time the cashier was very nice and offered me a free frosty for my troubles. The second time the cashier was decent but quickly lost it and started to shout that the food was still cooking after only 2 customers asking.
