Why do I continue to keep giving this place another chance? Normally Door is locked and drive through only. Sit in line 20 mins and be told system is down. Today dining room is open. Customer service skills were lacking from the 2 employees left in charge during Managers absence on 5/4/2023. Little to no assistance was provided while I tried to retrieve mobile order. The employee making mobile orders told me she couldn't read. Another employee placed wrong order in bag that I corrected. I was offered ketchup instead of dipping sauce. Employee who offered ketchup stated they didn't have dipping sauce and I had to remind her to provide my drinks. I came here after coming from the hospital so I wasn't in the best of moods. I ordered for lunch but, it was still breakfast. The cashier was really nice and offered me lunch anyways since it was only 20 minutes till lunch. She gave me fries and two free drinks for our wait. The other reviews were right about the waiting time. I had to wait a good 10-20 minutes for three hamburgers. The other workers were pretty nice except for the manager. Wow, my brother worked as a manager at several fast food chains and I've NEVER met a manager that rude before. This Wendy's manager was so mean to her workers. I must admit that my dinning experiences at Wendy's have been limited, but I must say that this location has been the best yet. We popped in today right at the peak of lunch hour and service was fast, accurate and served with a smile. The cashier was very pleasant, neat in appearance and made eye contact. That girl is going places!Hats off too you manager lady and your great team. Restaurant was clean and so was the bathroom. I had a half order of the Apple-Pecan Chicken Salad with pomegranate vinaigrette dressing. The salad appeared to have been freshly made to order as evidenced by fresh crispy lettuce and slices of Granny Smith apples with no discoloration. The taste was fresh and wonderful and the different ingredients paired well and was topped with a generous portion of real chunks of chicken breast and cost less than $5. I did catch a glimpse of my husbands burger and fries that looked as advertised, but he inhaled and the burger and fries were gone before I could get a pic. Today I ordered the 4 for 4 meal, 1 Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, 4 piece nugget, small fry, and a small beverage (sparking water from Coke Machine). The service was excellent. I enjoyed it very much. I was staying there one afternoon to enjoy my lunch after break and I heard one of the managers screaming at a kid on sandwiches about not having home training. I also believe that some of the words that came out of her mouth were unnecessary. I remember how Dave was so keen on making children feel welcome in his store but nowadays it seems like the children workers aren't getting any respect from management. Don't let your kids work here.
