The reviews are kind of rough at the time of this writing. But I had a great experience. I stopped by for breakfast on a non-descript Monday morning and had a bite to eat. I ordered on the app. My food came out in a reasonable amount of time. It tasted great. And I left and went about my day. The store was clean. The staff were friendly. I've NEVER had a negative thing to say about a Chick-fil-a but this location in Conyers is extremely slow!!! Ordering ahead typically gets you through faster but not this location. In fact, you can order ahead and watch the drive through patrons leave before you. I normally stop in the mornings for breakfast but I can no longer do so because of the time it takes to receive my order. Please do better! read more

I am so disappointed in the friendliness of this Chicfila. I took my son to Chicfila on cow appreciation day. We colored cow circles on his shirt and I even painted a nose and cow marks on his face! I even painted my own face as well. Anyway, we showed up after 7 so we knew we were not going to get the free entree but when we walked in the group of teenagers behind the counter instantly got silent and stared at us like we were a problem. They went back to working but no one was going to even come take our order until someone told them to. But not one person in that store mentioned cow appreciation day or a thing about my son being dressed as a cow. It was kind of weird. I didn't mention it but when we got in the car my son said "mommy I'm sad, that didn't feel like cow day". It was so awkward I thought I had the wrong day but I didn't, they had on shirts and decor up. What upsets me is that this is supposed to be the company with commercials emphasizing their kindness. My experience with Tishel B was very disappointing. When I asked questions or needed help, she came across as rude and irritated instead of being helpful. The way I was treated made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable as a customer. This location was quick and simple but the quality of the food was underwhelming. I ordered a spicy dlx and fries, the fries had the recipe on top of the fries and that was gross. I cut some grace cause it happens but the I taste a fry and they are old and saggy (they tasted like that were under a lap all day) so not worth it. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at Chick-fil-A. The location was full of young, unprofessional staff with no apparent supervision. My vehicle was skipped in the drive-thru, and when I finally got someone's attention, the staff seemed confused and careless. A male employee openly admitted he didn't care about missing my order and walked off. The girl who took my payment awkwardly snatched my change back to inspect a Canadian penny, showing a complete lack of professionalism. Once I reached the pick-up window, I waited another 10 minutes while staff were distracted, unfocused, and engaged in inappropriate conversations. No one communicated about the delay, my drink sat there the entire time, and when I finally received my food, it was handed to me with a simple 'here you go'--no apology, no acknowledgment. To top it off, my order was missing the Polynesian sauce I requested, and I was given only one napkin. This was absolutely unacceptable for Chick-fil-A, a company known for efficiency and excellent service. This location needs serious oversight and training. read more

Not a fan of this location. The communication is below the usual Chick-fil-A standard . There was an issue with my order placed online. I went inside the store to get it resolved and the order still ended up being incorrect. I reached out to both customer care and the store management and have yet to have the matter resolved. This place sucks!!! I had an order delivered to my home yesterday and I didn't receive everything I purchased. I believe this location is not owned by Chick-fil-A and probably is a franchised location. That's why they are terrible at filling orders and with their day to day operations. My driver who delivered the food name was Lenin. Refund was requested and I'm still waiting. I will never return to this location again. I'm tired of your frequent miss haps. A female worker "on break" taking it in the handicapped ladies' restroom who clearly wasn't handicapped; I mentioned to others that I was waiting on it; I finally asked if she was going to be much longer after waiting more than 15 minutes for it.. b. The line ran super slow & then when I finally got up to the window, they wanted to pull me up for a salad to wait, after requesting my refund, my salad was ready by then. I have gotten sick from the food at this location twice in two months. I ordered the chicken breakfast burrito both times. It's my favorite meal, and I haven't had a problem with it at any other location. After getting sick the first time I thought maybe this was a fluke. They are always so friendly and kind whenever I visit! It does get congested during lunch and dinner time but, the staff is always nice.

Chickflay is Minnie sizing fruit cup and selling them as large. There is no way the fruit cups they are selling as large is large. At best, this fruit cup I bought was a small maybe medium. This restaurant is getting over on customers by slowly down sizing their food products and selling them at a higher price. This restaurant has teen workers who are outside in all type of weather selling their products and Teen managers who doesn't know the meaning of good work ethics but only how to sell, sell, sell.
