It's a bare-bones choke-and-puke in an open field between Mildred and Corsicana where the family can eat if Mama don't feel like cookin', or if you want to grab some grub when driving between Palestine (or Beaumont) and I-45. The menu is surprisingly large. Sandwiches, burgers (including build your own), fish, a kid's menu, and sides that go far beyond fries (includes onion rings, coleslaw, chili). Cokes are in 32oz styrofoam glasses. They sell quarter-pound burgers, and you can pay extra to put another patty on it. That's what I did for my Christmas present (I buy myself a cheeseburger for Christmas). I ate it a few days later, so it wasn't as fresh as it could have been. But it was *big,* well cooked, and just the right amount of condiments. If I ate it on the premises, I think it would have tasted muy bueno.
