Recently had a boxed lunch from Schlotzsky's and it was really good so we decided to stop and have lunch and see if their other options were just as good. Yes, loved the toasty, warm turkey sandwich. Really good! Service was quick, and dining room was clean and well organized. read more

This is the second time I have purchased the large Cinnabons and they have been burnt and dried out. The frosting was a very minimal amount compared to previous purchases. The server stopped working on my order to give the person next in line her phone in order which wasn't just a quick transaction. I would think that my 2 Cinnabon order wouldn't take that long to complete. I won't be stopping for Cinnabons again. read more

This location has several signs mentioning that they are hiring. We have eaten here before but this time there was something lacking perhaps it is the fact that it large competitor came across the other highway and stole good workers. I've been a fan of schlotzskys for 35 years. I like their jalapeño bun and consistency of food.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Offered to change anything I did not like about any of the sandwiches. We ordered an original, super original and a turkey avocado. All were very good. read more

Food is good when correct. unfortunately, most of the time (the last 3) there was something missing on sandwiches or included a topping not requested. very frustrating when we get home and Order is wrong and we live 25 min away. Very clean dining room, quick service, impeccably fresh food, and that BREAD!! It's why we love about Schlotzky's :) In a wet and cold night when none of the options we saw in Corsicana were appealing to us, we saw the Schlotzkys sign and were very glad our dinner dilemma was over. I had the chicken pesto pizza which is big enough for 2 meals, or 3 with a cup of soup. The pesto was flavourful and delicious, chicken was generously scattered over the pizza, and of course everything came out piping hot. Really warmed me up on a cold day. The food is fine. Tastes like typical Schlotsky's fast food restaurants. This location, however, could benefit from some type of corporate provided training. They are very slow. They can't handle a lunch crowd. It took 42 minutes to get our food and half the order was wrong. We didn't even try to send it back. We probably would have never received the food. Employees weren't rude or anything, just didn't work with any haste. One star for good food and another for clean restrooms. It took 22 minutes to get 4 sandwiches. I was horrified to see the person making the sandwiches was putting food into their mouth while constructing the sandwich. Reviews on chains are typically short. This one was in line with most of the other Schlotzyskys as far as food and atmosphere go. But it was the service that really set it apart (rather below) the others. Overall, food is good (if your bun looks over toasted though take it back). Service is awful. When I'm just trying to finish the last 3 hours of my 17 hour road trip, I don't have time to wait 30 minutes for a cinnamon roll. FOOD Overall, what you expect from Schlotzkys (which is one of my favorite chain sandwich places). However, two of the four sandwiches our party ordered were toasted so much the bread tore up the roofs of their mouths, and they hurt for days after. SERVICE It took them 32 minutes to get us our cinnamon bun. My husband ordered one for dessert, and they said they'd bring it right out. When the same cashier who took our order brought us number (which she'd forgotten to give us), I asked about it again. And toward the end our meal, I asked another waitress again. And after we were done, I went up front -- stood in line for five minutes behind the one person ordering because the cashier was messing up the order -- and had to ask for it again. Fourth time is a charm? It also took unreasonably long for us to order -- and is why I'm suspecting others were in line for so long. read more

The last time i went there was a hair in my sandwitch, have not been back to this location after that i will continue to go to other Schlotzskys that has better customer service but not this one. read more

Food was good and fresh: I had a half salad and half sandwich, both of which were really good (salads are always risky at a fast food place, which I would categorize this as, but mine was really good and fresh). Husband got an angus sandwich and loved it. Didn't give five stars because the bathroom didn't have a baby station. Weird, since they have an ample supply of boosters and high chairs. This restaurant is one giant health code violation. The first employee who tried to help us had her mask under her nose. Another properly masked employee came and finished up our order. The half masked employee then came out into the dining room to get herself a drink with NO mask on. Then my husband noticed the employee in the back making our food was not wearing a mask OR gloves. We ordered 2 salads and a sandwich and this woman was touching our food WITH HER BARE HANDS AND NO MASK. Regardless of covid no employee should be touching someone's food with their bare hands. We tried to get someone's attention and they all ignored us as no one wanted to come talk to us about their lack of masks or gloves. We finally got yet another employee's attention and requested a refund. He also was not wearing a mask properly. Of the 4 employees we saw only 1 was actually wearing a proper mask. If food safety or your health are important to you then do not eat here. They do not care about either. This restaurant is very obviously in need of a manager to set proper food and health safety protocols. read more

Today was my first day to try it. I got the pick two pepperoni pizza and beef and bacon smoke cheddar sandwich. It was delicious and fulfilling!!! The bread was soft and the pizza tasted homemade. We end up here about every 60 days or so and really like the sandwiches. On this visit they were training a new employee for the front counter position. Only 4 stars due to no hot sauce being out on the tables for customers to use. We were given small containers when we asked for a bottle. Here's a suggestion- if the bottles keep walking off, use smaller bottles and throw the caps in the trash when opened or provide packets like Popeyes's does. read more

Had the audacity to tell me it was my fault that she didn't read the receipt correctly (which she asked to see) when remaking it. Yummy food & worth a tiny bit longer wait than drive-thrus close by. Friendly staff. Restrooms okay but do reflect frequent travelers' use.

The majority of the tables were blocked off with only 6 available to sit in and 4 were occupied and the two remaining were dirty. We went between the chairs to sit in an open table and when they brought our meal to us they asked us to move to one of the dirty tables because they had cleaned that section ( 3/4 of the restaurant. I had to ask them to come clean the table. A local family said they have come in there often and the restaurant is blocked off like that. He said people always go around the chair barrier and he had never seen them ask someone to move. Before we left 4 families came in and had to sit in the blocked off tables because there wasn't any other place for them to sit!!! They weren't asked to move but you could tell it was uncomfortable for them to climb through the baracade of chairs. This is a horrible situation that needs to be addressed. We live schlotskis but will never stop at this one in Corsicana again read more
