Rude as hell, and threatened to mess/spit in my food. Sat in drive-thru for 15 minutes, no movement, so I beeped my horn and said wth? 15 minutes later, still no movement so I beeped again and when I got to the speaker I was told I was disruptive and they suggested I go elsewhere. I asked if that meant messing/ spitting in my order and the manager (Daniel) said yes. I might have been out of line with my impatience, but threatening to mess with/spit in someone's order is crossing a line. Very great experience!! Head guy was extremely helpful and very friendly. I asked about how the triple berry frosty was and he commented that they had positive comments by approximately 3-4 people since they had just started serving it that day. He was right; it was excellent! All employees should follow after this man! Our whole family told him what a great manager he was. And how we appreciated his kindness. Came here out of desperation and sheer hunger. The location of this restaurant is pretty bad. I ate in with my friends. The dining area was pretty clean. Food was below average. Ordered a 4 for 4 and my chicken nuggets were burnt and rubbery. The items my friends ordered were mismatched in different bags and some items were missing. Staff was watching movies in the kitchen and were not familiar with any of the combos or meals. I will not be returning to this Wendy's and would recommend trying to find another one. If it's unavoidable to go to this Wendy's do not go inside and stick to the drive through. read more

Last month I discovered I could order cheese sauce on the breakfast menu. Cheese fries are my favorite so I made Wendy's my breakfast stop 3-4 days out of my work week. Today when I ordered, I was told they don't sell cheese sauce in the morning and that it was a lunch menu item. I asked to speak to a manager and explained that I've been getting it for the past month multiple times a week. She told me they never should've let me order it and there's nothing she can do. I call the corporate number and the representative informs me that they should have sold me the cheese because you can order it online even for breakfast. I decided to go to McDonald's since Wendy's picks and chooses what they feel like selling evidently. Shame that this location will lose out on $20-$40 worth of business weekly because they were too lazy to heat up cheese sauce. read more

Went to Wendy's today on a whim before heading home! If you haven't been here.... try it IMMEDIATELY! I got the homestyle chicken go wrap and it was delicious. My sister got a vanilla frosty.. have to say I was a little jealous about that one :p My other sister ordered chicken nuggets and guess what?! One was shaped like Mickey Mouse! I don't usually leave reviews and if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We ordered 2 junior chocolate frosty's and waited in line for almost 30 minutes after we ordered. When we finally got up to the window, the lady acknowledged us and then walked away. We waited for almost 10 minutes before they tried to hand us food without paying. We told them that's not what we ordered and we just got 2 frosty's and we had a key tag for the one. He had us pay for the 2 and then got us a free one, even though we only ordered the 2. This has to be the slowest fast food in town. I work nearby and use mobile app. I have never had my meal ready when I arrive no matter how much time I give them before walking in. Today I got in and had to ask them to start it like usual but saw a supervisor and asked her why it was like that there. She just laughed and kinda shrugged.
